The staff is so friendly and helpful they have made this experience wonderful!

The room was pleasant and clean, and the staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that I reported at check-out, but no big deal.

This hotel should not be allowed to be open. Room smelled musty and would not go away. I used half a bottle of Febreze trying to eliminate the odor. The carpet was stained and the hallways carpet was so filthy the entryways where matted and black. Carpet was suppose to be brown. Overall hotel is tired. Old furniture, fixtures and linen.

Every time the air came on it was a strong smell of a dog and it’s awful

Comfortable, quiet room. I LOVE the fact that they let me have my pets (guinea pigs) in the room while some so-called "pet friendly" places only allow a dog or cat. PLEASE continue allowing these other pets. Thanks.

Manager allowed service person to enter room without knocking. Door was locked since we were in rooms Then, service person returned with manager who attempted to open room without knocking. Manager did reservation an hour earlier so knew room was rented. Not told service person may be entering room. Manager offered me discount rate if I rented directly from hotel but it was based on a weekly rate. I wanted to only pay one more night. Was kicked out of hotel and police called.

It was not what i expected. The property smell horribly. The breakfast they offered were coffee and power bars. The room was unkept. I had to purchasey own cleaning supplies. The television channels kept coming on and off. I had to request a room change 3 times. The top floor was a better option because of noise control. To be fooled by the photos online. The carpet in toom was filthy. Overall, the rooms need to be updated. People were congregating outside drinking and carrying on.the police were called to the property. I will never stay at another one

There was a $100 deposit that wad unknown and when asked for paperwork there was none. There was also no sign hanging about a deposit. Front desk lady was nice but had to write me a note saying I would be get my money back after I check out because they did not have anything that says I would. When asked about paperwork I was told they dnt have any. Hallway smelled horrible and smelled like mold and cigarette. Room was not bad but no tissue was in room. Had to ask for some at front desk. Probably won’t come back.

Since I entered the "lobby" it smelled like cigarettes. My room smelled the same, the bathtub was filthy, with mold. No elevator and the staircase smelled like urine!

Terrible from when I walked in to check in. Front desk girl, Melissa, had an attitude towards me right away.

Check in was a disaster! I’ve never been charged a deposit nor charged up front for a stay. That should have been the first sign to not stay at this place! It smelled of weed and the room had roaches. There was no way me and my family were staying there but of course it’s going to take 3-5 days to get my money back

Clean Room smelled like dogs and no breakfast available

From the outside it’s not so much but once you go inside your room more than what you could expect!

This place smells like cigarettes no matter where you are. The hallways smell like weed. The bed are comfortable so I'll give them that. Theres no elevator so you have to take the stairs to the third floor with all of your bags. I will say the location is great!

Basic property is OK it just lacks a number of little things that could make it better. Good value for the money.

Door was falling off the wall, tub was stained and not cleaned, second room has bugs. Left right after that. Was supposed to get my refund haven’t seen anything yet.

Amazing the rooms are very clean the prices are reasonable and my stay was awesome

Check in with easy and great staff was friendly both the evening check in in the morning check out or perfect

Strong Cigarette smell in the lobby, no elevator, air conditioning was too noisy and wasn’t working to cool the room temperature to below 76

Every time I laid down felt like bugs crawling on me had to walk down three flight of stairs to get linens never got house keeping and marijuana smoke all through the halls and bags of trash in the hall and stair wells

There was a sitting area in back.

Only problem was it didn't have any ice. Had to go out and buy ice

Everything about your trip there at Extended Stay was great I'll wait is I've stayed there many times and I always have great customer service great people with a friendly smile quick to help whenever needed they all are great to staff Jennifer and then there's another guy with dreads I can't remember his name but he wears glasses he was really great to

The place was OK. It was clean. The carpet needs to be replaced and the furniture was worn and dated.

No elevator, but we were only on the second floor. Seems like there are several people actually living at the facility. No coffee service, so bring your own. They provide dishes, but no longer provide any way to clean them (detergent, scrubbers) so bring your own. No hairdryer in the room, so bring your own. The staff is friendly and as accommodating as they can be. Zero frills - but cheap.

No elevator really keeps a guest fit and in good shape

Everything about this establishment is disgusting. I'm surprised i didnt run across a few bed bugs as nasty and stain filled as the bed and pillows were. Jennifer, the receptionist had a very nasty attitude and hung up the phone on me when I called before check-in to ask a simple question. My question went unanswered and her tone was rude and condescending. When I came in person after rudely being hung up on, the attitude was different luckily i was raised correctly so as much as i wanted to return the attitude i kept it classy, unlike the receptionist. The room was not up to par at all, it is very outdated, there was what looked like pubic hair on the "clean" towels, the TV kept going in and out, it's an efficiency with no utensils whatsoever. The complimentary breakfast was non-existent, no coffee. The other patrons were questionable. I actually made my companion walk everywhere with me as i was concerned for my safety. just ghetto!!!!! I should have taken the horrible customer service from the very beginning as a sign and took my money elsewhere. I do not recommend.
