I loved the location of the property. Beautiful trees. The foyer us very modern and comfortable. We were a large group and enjoyed our stay. The room we had was okay size for one night. The family room is very spacious. Clean and tidy. The swimming pool was nice and warm. The changing rooms and showers in the pool are in need of update. The bathroom was clean and had everything needed. Parking is £10 per day but reasonable. Breakfast was a bit basic but okay with warm croissants. Option to order vegetarian sausages which was good. Would stay again. Swimming pool was not avaialble on Monday 9am-12 due to a class which we were not told about. But we were able to use it later in the day after check out.

Nice base camp,

Room was comfortable and bed pretty good. Yellow water from bath tap. Looks good but the bathroom was pretty basic and could do with updating. Not a particularly friendly welcome at the front desk, you have to put down a deposit for the room, which I find strange when I’ve prepaid my room.

Centrally located for the centre of Bournemouth. Have stayed at several other hotels in this vicinity previously and this is nowour favourite as the bed was extremely comfortable

Overall an enjoyable stay with room clean and tidy and staff helpful and professional. Not enough storage space (wardrobe/drawers) for clothing when 2 people are staying for a week! Bar had no draught beers available One thing that should have been made clear is the construction work taking place adjacent to the hotel which resulted in dust/dirt covering the car.

A nice and tidy hotel, clean throughout and the staff were very friendly. The only negative was the poor water pressure in the shower.

I enjoyed my stay at IBIS. Nice breakfast. Location is good, 7 mins walk to the beach. Exceptional service! I left my USB drive in the room after checked out. The staff kept it safe and posted it back to me on the next day.

Took 25mins to check in, very slow systems. Hotel room was comfortable but bathroom was tired. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights, room not cleaned.

All was very good

The property was clean and nice and modern. However, water pressure in the showers was very low, making showers tricky. Also, parking was a nightmare on a busy weekend in Bournemouth. I’m pretty sure people not staying at the hotel were able to park there.

Staff wonderful hotel very clean. Lacking in basics for a family of four we have lived out of suitcases due to no storage for a week. Bar very poorly stocked had to go out every evening due to shortages. When we arrived room only set up for 2 not 4 had to report to reception to get sofa bed made up and get extra towels. We were on the third floor and the lift has been broken all week. Breakfast is of poor quality. I doubt very much we will ever book a stay at an Ibis hotel again.

Well located close to East Cliff and Lansdowne. Adequate room,with clean attached bathroom. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff, especially barman. Pity not all the taps worked. Lift didnt work either.

Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Nice warm pool. All in all, would recommend. Good breakfast. Only downside was that showers in the pool were not private (open to the pool) and there was popcorn from last guest under the bed.

Great stay. Hotel clean and inviting. Bed very comfortable and air con worked very well during hot weather.

Hotel was nice. Good location only a 7 minute walk from the hotel to the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Really liked the interior. Would recommend.

Room was quite spacious and nicely decorated, it was clean and bathroom was big. However, our room was in the basement and every time someone walked upstairs, you can hear squeaky noises, doors were slammed very loudly and woke up us several times. Ac in our room wasn’t working properly so reported at the reception but they didn’t had a clue on how to make it work, at one point they put the temperature in 32degree and said it was working fine. Who can sleep in 32degree when the room is already hot and outside temperature was really high. So requested for the table fan, which they said they will provide to us but they never did so just gave up. Opening Windows wasn’t that great either as you can smell someone smoking outside or we could hear people trying to use the carpark as our room was just below the carpark. Even at the bar, when we ordered drinks at our last night, the guy in the bar couldn’t understand us properly and took ages to prepare our drinks when it wasn’t even busy and other 2 customers was waiting to be served. We have stayed in many Accor hotels throughout UK and aboard but by far this was the worst experience we have experienced. I wouldn’t recommend.

Was a pleasant experience

Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable room. Lift didn’t work so had to carry luggage up 3 flights. Pool a nice bonus. Hot Breakfast was not available until 0720 despite being told breakfast started at 0700 and we had a ferry to catch. Shower didn’t work as not enough pressure.

We had a good stay in an apartment. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. No issues to report. The swimming pool could be made better if the garden was maintained and improved. The garden was scruffy, lawns not cut and hedges overgrown.

Great hotel with very clean room, comfy bed, looks newly decorated and very convenient location. Was unaware that the hotel charged parking fee of £10 per day which I thought was expensive. I also thought breakfast was expensice ar £15.

Staff are excellent and the hotel is generally clean. Food service is from 6pm. My room was too small for a king size bed. For all my 3 nights the lift wasn't working. I am 74 and it was the hottest days of the year; thus walking upstairs was extremely difficult. I could have had an easier room to get to for the last night, but this would have created more problems.

Tiny room, old and expensive

I had a nice stay at the ibis styles. I had booked a superior king room and nothing about it was superior. I had two single beds pushed together instead of a king bed. The decor was nice, but it had been decorated poorly. With wallpaper coming off and paint everywhere. The bath didn’t have a plug in it and I asked at reception who said they would bring one and never did. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good

It was amazing stay, we stayed in family room with a lil' kitchen area, perfect for family with babies. Not more options for vegetarian breakfast. But overall it was a nice stay walking distance from shore.
