Perfect for our stay as we were attending a curling event which was right next door. Close to many excellent restaurants.

We only stayed for one night but the facilities were great. Only issue I marked down facilities was the catch on the door broke off and hit me in the face.

The train is very noisy when it goes by at all times of night. Plus the noise from people in their rooms and the hallway are very loud.

Hotel is aged but well maintained. Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and arcade room were great for the kids. The area downtown Kamloops was really sketchy. Some guy was climbing in to the dumpster in the underground parking and started screaming obscenities and threats at me as I was going to my vehicle. The staff immediately contacted the authorities and had their personnel clear the area out. Overall the downtown area is a bit rough around the edges.

Chose this place for a last minute stay. Best decision! Great location, walking distance to the park and tons of restaurants. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Room was clean and comfy enough. Staff were very pleasant. It was a little noisy as we were near the elevator. Otherwise good.

The staff were great and friendly but didn’t think it was the best stay for my family. Not sure if we will book again but good if you’re in a bind and need a place that accommodates pets.

We felt the bed was too firm. First night we hardly slept. Second night we were exhausted and slept through the night.

I really like this hotel. The location is really convenient but it comes with the typical downtown challenges of noise from the trains and traffic. Parking on site is free.
The hotel is old but very well maintained and comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub and the excellent service!

I was disappointed in family dining options in area. We were not interested in fast food. Also prices are high.
The Tim Hortons near the hotel states online that it's open 5am-10pm - drive thru 5am - 11 however when we went at 8:50pm it was closed and no sign of drive thru service. Also, when I walked over at 6am it wS closed for in service and being as I was on foot was told I could not use drive thru window even though there were absolutely no cars on the property never mind the drive thru.

Great for keeping small children entertained. Did not require housekeeping for entire 3 day stay but had to chase down staff to replenish towels and empty garbage after service request notice on door was ignored. Menu options limited. Otherwise loved hotel! Would definitely stay again

Better options in Kamloops for the price and condition. Bathroom looked to have been recently redone, but by amateurs. The top of the bathroom counter was just above knee height, tap in the shower wasn’t even fully screwed on (screws were more than halfway unscrewed), among other things. The room couldn’t have been for mobility challenged as the bathroom was way too small and there was a tub (not roll in shower). Save your money and look at any of the big hotel chain options. You’ll be better off.

Very clen, nice staff, good amenities (especially for families), decent downtown location. Only real issue is an idiotoc first world problem... the air conditioners in the rooms are really loud. Value for money at this place is excellent.

We doubled back through Kamloops on our Rocky Mountain Road trip as Penticton was too hot (not that Kamloops was a lot better). The Hotel was great and the staff were very friendly.

Very pleasant hotel in lovely surroundings.

Comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was fantastic in the hellacious 45C weather. Staff polite and friendly. Ample parking, close to amenities and a very quick trip to McArthur Island soccer pitch for our tournament. Will stay again next time we are up for sporting events.
