TV and equipment didn’t work

Clean and comfortable.

Beds were very comfortable. Convenient location.

Pool could have been cleaner. Parking was a little tricky.

The hotel was in a good place, clean, it had a pool/hot tub and a continental breakfast.

We booked the hotel for a few days and the worker only put in for one day. So we were locked out and had to call the worker on for that day to reset our keys. The parking lot is awkward for parking a truck in a spot.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The TV did not work and the internet was sketchy.

They don't clean rooms everyday and we had to get our own towels as they still use the covid excuse

At booking they had a king room available at a reasonable price.

We live about a 1 hour drive from Kamloops and booked this location and King room about 10 days prior to arrival because our return flight from Ontario would arrive late at night and we did not wish to be on the highway at that hour. On arrival and entry to the room (we scheduled for late arrival at midnight) the room had not been made up and the bed had been stripped. We were provided with a very tired "efficiency" room (i.e., with kitchenet) with no King bed; the room also had an unpleasant odour. Requested a discount for unsatisfactory room from the night clerk who had checked us in, who charge us full price but promised that the Manager would make it right in the morning. We were offered a paltry $10 discount as "the best we can do". NEVER AGAIN for this location.

Internet a bit slow

Beds were comfy and wifi was good.

the pool wasn’t in working order like it was advertised as. Hallway carpet was filthy, and with wall plaster footprints on it.

Did not eat breakfast. Did not look very appealing.

There was no meat to be had.

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast was one of the best for a hotel stay at that price! That alone will keep me coming back.

The bathroom faucet was coming off. Sink vanity was cracked.
