We appreciated the staff moving our room to the front of the building.
There were so many things plugged into the outlets and power strips. We could not use the coffee pot or the microwave.
Our first room was at the back of building on the 2nd floor. The interstate hwy was directly out our window and vehicle exhaust filled the room when the cooling/heating system was on. The view from our room was the highway and a very green mossy pool right below us.

Not a lot, poorly built… lots of noise from the upstairs
The hotel backs onto the Trans Canada highway, it’s a very busy highway. And there it’s constant noise from that.

Well appointed with fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Comfy beds and lots of pillows. well located for restaurants and shopping.

the staff were very friendly it was dog friendly.
the pillows were way too big and I woke up with a sore neck. the coffee pot wasn’t clean from the last guest.

the lady at the reception was very friendly, she even brought toothpaste to my room when I mentioned I had forgotten it. it was -25 outside but the room was nice and warm, great water pressure in the shower, very clean, big bed, lots of pillows, very central

bathroom floor was dirty. a bit noisy close to front entrance can hear people in lobby

there was no breakfast! it was advertised that there would be breakfast but nothing so we had to put out extra money 2 mornings for breakfast
the whole experience. my daughter and I go every year to Kamloops for Christmas shopping and this motel was not like we have had before at other hotels. we will never stay there again.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spotlessl and the beds quite comfy. Love the little kitchen set up. That was a nice surprise. Definitely a great room for the price.
Door to the room from the outside wasnt tight. Could be the change in seasons and things shift. Let in alot of road noise.

When I made the booking it says breakfast included. On the web page there are hotel photos and one is of a restaurant. However when you check in you are told it is a bag breakfast and no hot food. This is clearly a way to cheat a customer. Your web page should be clear that it is a cold bag breakfast included. Your hook of breakfast included with a photo of a restaurant is misrepresentation in a bad way and you get away with it. Not good. You should feel ashamed you do this
