The staff was friendly and welcoming. the rooms were clean and neat. The area is safe and secure and my entire stay was perfect.

Good tempe stay thats close to lots of things. Super convientent location and overall okay hotel. Wouldnt go far to say that its crazy awesome or anything.

It was a business tripp and everything was acceptable but then comes the next day and they didn't clean the room, when i inquire about it they said it was a policy to clean rooms only every other day. Never knew about it or is noted on the website or through third-party booking companies. And the complementary breakfast was basic to say the least, toast and cereal!

Clean nice comfy. Only think I wasn’t to thrilled about was breakfast was kinda blah two different kinds of cereal, then bread with cream cheese, no bagels, couple muffins and then the juice machine out of orange juice, apple juice cranberry water the only juice that wasn’t 100% water was the cranberry the milk came in a giant jug, which is OK just kind of weird but really you’re only option was two different kinds of cereal fruit loose for a raisin bread didn’t really kind of exist

The hotel does have a weird smell when first walking in. The room was A LOT smaller than pictured. Room had a few damages and the cold water never got cold. There was no microwave in the room and the fridge leaked and made the room smell unusual. Would not recommend.

This is our second stay this year. We love the convenience to Arizona State University (6 min drive), downtown Tempe (6 min drive), airport (23 min drive). Staff very friendly and accomodating.

The breakfast offered is limited, staffs are reluctant to refill items, chairs and tables available for breakfast are not enough. The bedsheets look used and was not changed when we checked in. They won't clean your room(s) unless you make a request.

Our bed was hard as a rock and felt like you were sleeping on a heating pad, which normally I’d prefer because I sleep cold….well not here. Needed the AC on at 68 degrees to try to counter the hot, non breathing mattress, but then our skin was too cool and at a higher temp we were sweating even more in the mattress. Couldn’t turn the AC too low because the comforter was as thick as the top sheet. Pillows were all the same, too flat for one pillow and too thick if you tried two….I’m generally a back sleeper and that wasn’t possible on this bed, side sleeping was the only option, as stomach sleeping hurt my chest as if I was trying to stomach sleep on the floor. My husband and I woke up so many times because of the uncomfortable mattress….four nights there of barely sleeping and I’m returning home exhausted. Other than that….staff was great, location was easy, could walk to good restaurants and hotel was clean with bare necessities minus no closets in the room. Water pressure and temperature were on point….they just need new beds and pillows….

We really liked the vibe of the hotel. It was relaxed and easy going. We showed up early and our room was ready to our surprise. The location was good for walking around, to/from the rail line. There were restaurants, Trader Joes, and bars within walking distance too. The room was comfortable and the shower was awesome. I didn't have an issue with water pressure and didn't have to duck down to get wet.

Right next to ASU and it’s walkable and the evenings are nice. It’s clean the bar and breakfast area is small but okay.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately, I ended up in this hotel on the same weekend as the Final Four Men's College basketball tournament. At least I suppose that is the reason for the outrageous price of the room in a hotel that had a lovely lobby, hallways that smelled like some kind of adhesive and a room that smelled stale and slightly moldy. It was the only room I could find near the airport. The staff was flawlessly pleasant and accommodating. It's just unfortunate that they work in a hotel that desperately needs updating. Wyndham, you should do better.

The services provided are bare minimum. The hotel cut all the corners they can cut to provide service they promised to provide, even after being requested.

The property was fine and front desk staff were kind. However, they have a policy in which you need to request any service for your room. If you don't request, no one even comes to your room. We had a full garbage can and all towels used and on the floor. Our room was not touched. We had to go to the front desk to get a garbage bag and towels.

Nice, quaint hotel in a convenient spot!

Only provided 2 towels in a room for four people. The condition wouldn’t come out of the little bottle.
