Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Nicely appointed room and good amenities in the bathroom. Furnishings need to be updated...the 2 armchairs were a little soiled. There was a piece of baseboard missing in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast was only waffles and cereal. But, we did enjoy our stay and would likely stay there again.

Front desk was helpful, room was clean and what i liked the most was a security car parked out front all night watching the cars.

Horrible stay, the soaps were not filled. Facility was run down. Room smelled.

The pool area needs to be taken better care of, the entry of the room needed to be swept, the bathroom, towels, bedding needed to be cleaned better, and the room needed to be vacuumed.

The stay was nice. But the room was hot and took all night to cool down. Also, we were unable to buy condiments or snacks cause they didn’t accept card for them.

Floor was dirty! Tv didn’t work all night tried to talk to hotel staff no help!

The place its absolutely nice.. Its just the breakfast selection is limited ..

The area was good. Breakfast was good. Stay was good. The door would not shut and to pull it hard to shut it. I checked in late by 10pm and informed the guy at reception if its okay that i check out late by 1 hour. Im tired since it was a long drive for me. The guy was cool and said okay. Next day at 11am (check out time) the mexican lady at reception called the room and said they will charge $10 for checking out late by 1 hour. I told her that the guy last night said it was okay to check out late by 1 hour. He did not inform me of extra charges. Otherwise i would have checked out at 11 am. She would not reply but just keep repeating "ITS 10 DOLLARS". Anything i would say/tell she would not reply at all but would keep interrupting and repeating RUDELY "ITS 10 DOLLARS". I just checked out at 11.40 am. Would NOT recommend and appreciate that rude receptionist. The guy a night before at reception was cool and good to talk to. He would ask interact how is trip. Where are you travelling etc. Etc. Will tell you where to eat nearby etc. The hotel is good. My only bad experience with the stay is the rude mexican lady at the reception.

Sorry but this property is not as expected. Wasn't clean. I was ready to ask money back move some other place.

The Front desk is awesome! Very helpful and courteous. The room was not the cleanest and the pillows are very small!

Between the bugs, unclean bedding, someones long hair in "clean towels", leaking shower, and overall run down room, we ended our stay and chose another Hotel.

Upon arrival no one was at the front dest to check us in for roughly ten minutes!

There were cockroaches in my room. Had to leave early.
