I don’t remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was very friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of many places to eat and drink, basketball arena and baseball field. Even walking distance to the casino. The only thing I did not like was the need for valet parking. Would have liked a private lot for coming and going.

Nice stay. Super convenient if you are downtown and walking. It is about 100 yds from the baseball/basketball parks and casino. Parking is valet so request early at check out time.

$50 for valet parking is crazyyyy but other than that nice room and atmosphere would recommend

Wonderful experience overall - hotel seemed on the newer side and well kept. The staff was friendly, even allowing for early check in since they had a room available. Id recommend to anyone visiting Cleveland looking for a good value and centrally located. Night near the baseball stadium

For the price, the room was surprisingly nice, clean, and comfortable. Had to pay for valet parking and breakfast, but it worked out well. Only 1 elevator working and some damage in the bathroom, but I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This place looks so fancy in pictures, sure! At the end of the day it was basically a cardboard box of a room in terms of size and sound quality! Im saying if someone sneezed four rooms down, you could simply say bless you and they'd thank you. If someone was walking down the road on the opposite side, you could hear their footsteps.

Parking is the worst. They force valet but under staff that department. There during a huge double event and half the street was blocked. I had to pay for over night parking because i could not physically get to the valet line.

Our stay overall was good. I would stay here again but would think twice about valet. We had multiple incidents with valet service. The wait was always long. There is a sign to give 15 minutes but that was definitely exceeded. The last morning they couldn’t “find” our car. We were headed to the airport and gave extra time for the valet since the week wait times were really long. On one occasion we were coming back tot he hotel and the valet, there was o my one for about 20 cars and we needed to wait. The sweet Front Desk Manager helped us out so we could get the the baseball game. The valet needs improved. Now on to the room. It was very clean, perfect for two. The bed was comfortable and noise level and black room was great for us. We did have a scare on the 2nd day there we were in our room in the afternoon and housekeeping came in but saw us there and quickly left. We got a call from the front desk saying we had been checked out of the hotel and the housekeeping was coming to clean. I was panicked since we had four more nights on our stay. I asked if we could book a room and she said they were full. I pulled up my reservation and it was correct for our full stay. I showed the Front Desk and she fixed the reservation. Someone on their end had checked us out early. We were able to stay. Thank goodness. Over than that we had a phenomenal stay. The Headliner breakfast buffet was good. The location to the ballpark and restaurants was perfect for when we didn’t have a rental.

This hotel is stunning and extremely clean. The staff is nice and accommodating. Only down fall is don’t valet park your car unless you want to wait 45-75 mins to get your vehicle.

The staff at the hotel, and valet service were amazing. Everyone was so nice, friendly, helpful and professional! I would definitely stay there again!

Service was top notch. Donnie was extremely flexible with the valet service, Jonathon was great for local info, and Michael set the tone at check-in. I visited this hotel in order to scout and evaluate for my upcoming bachelor/bachelorette party next June. Hotel Indigo completely fits the bill and I will be reaching out to their sales associate to start making plans for our celebration. Highly recommend this hotel. Despite being so close to the baseball stadium and concert venues, the team at Indigo does all they can to make the guest experience as frictionless as possible

Our rooms were not cleaned and we called in the evening to replenish supplies, waited 2 hours and had to call again for morning coffee, towels, etc.

The management i.e. corporate needs to get the staff help. Valet parking ($45) was a mess. Lines of cars at check-in time left outside the hotel for 2 hours due to only 2 valets. Puck up next morning took 1 hour due to the same. Staff are pleasant and helpful but aren’t miracle workers. We stayed on a Saturday night when concerts and baseball games were bring played.

Clean and safe. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only issue was that there was no ESPN channel on the television.

The parking is a problem the valet option would be good if they had enough staff. Should have a deal with the lot across the street for guests.

Door to bathroom got stuck every time used. No hand soap, no shower soap, and no fan in bathroom. Also, asked for my car to be ready for 5am and we waited till 540.

We didnt like valet being closed and waiting in line in the street , for about an hour. But we found a spot at the casino and it was fine , we had a great time going to a concert at the rocket mortgage field house and it was quite nice to have all the bars and restaurants near by,

Staff was friendly and inviting! Check in was a breeze. Valet parking made it easy even if it was an extra charge. Who likes to look for parking in the city. Shout out to Hwayda at breakfast, she was on top of everything!

Nice hotel with comfortable beds. Only issues were the key fobs weren’t working. So every time we had to go somewhere they had to escort us back to our room and open the door for us. Also, the parking was an issue. There was another event close by so we had to wait almost two hours for valet parking. Then they left our truck on the street the first night!

Staff was nice and room was clean

I enjoyed my stay very clean rooms. My only complaint is parking the 2 lots close by over charge and are very shady on how they hourly rates work.

Very nice property however water was not hot and parking is $40 a day
