Owners were fantastic. Room was perfect. Pool was clean and warm. Got a free upgarde to a king bed with a jet tub. It was quiet and comfy. We'll be back.

A great Hubby and I Get-away for a few days. Also trips with grand kids. Great location and walking distance to most of the best restaurants, shops bus stops and beaches in the village. Very friendly staff, Clean, modern, comfortable and well kept. There’s a nice playground, barbecue area and pool. We’ve been here many times and will most definitely be returning.

Very clean facility. Friendly helpful staff. Well maintained amenities. Close to lake and downtown shopping and restaurants. Stayed in unit 20 which was a two-story unit for separate sleeping and sitting areas.

This was a great place to stay. Our family really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the amenities. Highly recommended to any family visiting lake George.

The 2 bedroom unit set up was not good. You had to walk through the 1st bedroom to get to the 2nd.
The bathroom was extremely small and the toilet was for a toddler.

Excellent family stay. The covered pool was awesome and the water super warm for the kids. Room is a little outdated but place was super clean and customer service was awesome. Excellent family friendly place, especially if you’re looking for a great pool, being covered was an extreme bonus as it rained one of the days we were there.

Simply the best! We have been staying at Americas Best for years- Dave and his staff always treat us like family. Convenient location to town while just a hint away to keep it quiet and relaxing. We won’t stay anywhere else and are always grateful for the hospitality!!

The staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean as functionable except there were not many receptacles for electronic devices. Tha shower was hot and the water pressure excellent. Overall very much worth the cost

Old and needs updated. Window air conditioner had gaps where you could see outside and bugs could come in.

Great experience, went with my girlfriend we had a great time, pong table outside, grill, a pool, few minute walk from the center of town and a beautiful room inside. Definitely recommend to anyone especially a couple or family!

My stay here was very pleasant, the property was pretty and the room was spacious! I really loved the jetted tub and the kind staff! My only complaint is that the rooms can get a little humid from the showers (maybe the fan in my bathroom didn’t work great). However, there’s a nice air conditioner that helped combat that! Overall, a very enjoyable and welcoming stay!

The only negative i have to say about my stay at this property is about the wifi! Otherwise, i was very impressed with everything here and at a great price. Will be coming back!

Stayed during Americade and the hotel parking lot was packed. Despite this, the owner came out and helped find a parking spot on his property so that we could park the car. Great service!

Rooms were in very clean condition, did not have someone in the office through the night , and no water filling station for water bottles. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Easy walk to downtown stores, restaurants and activities.
