The staff was very friendly and nice but the building and cleanliness was a zero. It smelled of mold and marijuana. There was blood stain on the pillow case, cockroaches climbing on the a/c unit and dresser broken phone and dresser just over all dirty.

Very clean room and corridors, but no free breakfast as advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful. I left behind a few personal items and they held them for me at no charge. Rooms also are kitchenettes, which can save money for travelers on a tight budget.

It’s was okay . there was a problem with my reservation. I did not receive the room that I reserved. They gave me a substitute room that was downgraded. Also, the door to my room I could barely open it because it want fixed well

In the room Water basin didnt drain and the room had roaches. Alot...Advised the staff member she offered nothing.

Everything in the room was old and broken. People loitering in the hallways who were obviously living there long term and dozens of children from 1 year old to 11 unsupervised. I left and booked at another hotel after the first night. I also haven’t received a refund from Expedia yet and it’s impossible to get customer service on phone. Lesson learned I guess.

Property isn’t kept clean the way it should be. Staff does not keep stairway clean. The pool isn’t kept clean. Pool was dirty, which caused me to be unable to get in the pool. They make you request for kitchen appliances, but when I asked the front desk for the appliances, there were none available! So I had to go buy a small pan/pot set in order to cook. One of the eye’s on the stove did not work at all. The internet is very poor in the hotel. The on the go bkfst served is always empty. I make my own bkfst, but if I wanted to grab bkfst one day, I couldn’t. They make u walk to the front desk to pick up everything that u request. Nothing is brought to ur room. Overall experience is 3 stars. Need to work on better service.

The hotel is in a nice location and check in was easy. The staff were friendly and tried to make sure everything was good. The first room they gave us was already occupied, and it took 3 trips to the front desk to get the keys for our room to work. The furnishings were old and showed it. The housekeeping in the common areas - halls, stairwells was terrible. I don't think i would stay there again. This was not the fault of the front desk staff that was very friendly and tried very hard to make sure that whatever was in their control went well.

It was so noisy at this property and lots of shouting all through the night. The bed was so uncomfortable and the springs had gone on it. We were told there was a “grab and go breakfast” which was only coffee so not really a breakfast

My stay was eye opening as to the differences from Extended Stay in Ga to Extend Stay in Fort Lauderdale. We stayed at the hotel in GA and it was clean, updated, and served hot breakfast I would rate a10/10 for the price. However, I was shocked by the contrast of the rooms at my recent stay at Extended Stay in Fort Lauderdale. The room smelled old, stale and like an animal was recently in the room. In addition the carpet was filthy and the overall appearance was old. Definitely was not worth $500 for 2 nights.

Booked a 2 bed & 1 sofa sleeper. Upon arrival, they did not have the room available. Staff member was amazing at accommodating us in a smaller room since nothing else was available within distance. Room was spacious. Hotel traffic is loud.

Initially it took us about 30 minutes to get check in and the door would not open. The manger who was there keep blaming me as if I was opening the door wrong, it was not until she came and checked herself that the door would not open it was a nightmare

They changed or reservation, type of room. Tried to blame me for the error and didn't offer any solution. The only person that could have helped us was the manager who wasn't there until the next day.
The people at the frint desk where inderstanding but they had no solution besides listening to me.

The front counter clerk Brittany was very customer friendly and ensured that all amenities needed were in our room. She also helped with us working the washers and I would highly recommend this place to any family traveling on vacation.

The hotel looks good in pictures but when you arrive, it's horrible from the time you check in to the arrival to the room. The front desk seemed not to know anything about the area. The sofa bed was sunk right in the middle. The room was supposedly smoke free and it smelled like someone had just smoked. The showers looked dirty. Did not feel safe for my family. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ummmm… Just no. It is overpriced, run down and not to mention the cockroach that tried to hitch a ride back to MN. It has no cozy, welcoming, vibe and did I mention the cockroach that was on my suitcase?! EWW!! $300 some dollars for 2 nights. That’s what I get for wanting to go with an inexpensive place closer to the airport. I can see where it’s a place of refuge for some but for people who can afford to stay elsewhere, do it.

The carpet floors everywhere need to be changed desperately; they carry an odor that can’t be eliminated; it wasn’t a queen bed, but a full; the initial room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned; overall a bad deal for the amount of money they charged

What a dump!
The entire facility needs a massive overhaul...price of $150 per night is inexcusable; should be about $19 per night. Carpets are filthy, 4 years beyond normal replacement...hot water was variable, running from cold to tepid on the same setting, shower could not be turned off, dripped all night...very thin towels...heater setting on aircon did not work, just blew air...limited channel selection on TV...there was no one at the front desk to report these shortfalls to...did not sample the breakfast...Extended Stay Corporate should be embarrassed...the building should be closed for six months and refurbished--then, they can charge $150.

Property in disrepair and needs to be gutted and start from new. We witnessed 2 roaches. Stove is insightful and rusted; cannot be used. Floors are filthy. The first room we were given smelled awful and we were given another room which was not much better. We have pictures of stove, vanity, roaches. Can’t get hot water in shower. Would come on like warm and then turn cold. It was an awful experience and definitely not worth the money.
