Very nice hotel

First night the heat did not work the clerk stated that maintenance would be there in 20 mins, and no one showed up, so we slept in a cold room. Secondly, we could not watch television because the remote did not work so I took it to the same clerk at the front desk and he gave me another one that was missing buttons and said this should work. That remote did not work, and we did not get heat until11:00 am the next morning and a different remote at that time also. I will never stay at LaQuntia Inn & Suites again. I was not treated with concern about the issues nor apologized for the issues.

Everything except for the free breakfast was very good. The free breakfast didn’t offer anything that was good. I’d advise customers not to let the free breakfast have any bearing on their decision whether to stay there or not.

Their site said airport service but we had to get our own cab.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room and bathroom were clean. Housekeeping did a very good job. The front desk staff were always present and the breakfast staff did a wonderful job with breakfast. This hotel checked two of my three boxes: a clean room and a little breakfast to start the day. Unfortunately, the fitness center was closed indefinitely. It was a majors inconvenience for us, because we had to leave the hotel for the four days we were there, drive to a gym and pay to use the gym. If we had known it was closed, we would not have book this hotel.

It was very clean in the room. We requested more soap and coffee for the room. They said they would take care of it but never did.

Frustrated that once I had gotten comfortable and changed for bed, I realized I hadn’t unloaded my travel cooler only to find out the refrigerator was missing from my room. I called the front desk and she mentioned knowing of a problem with it, and offered to change me room. I was already undressed, and didn’t want to pack up and move that late in the evening. If they knew of the problem, why did they book that room? I feel they owe me a partial refund.

Hotel is pet friendly which is why I originally chose, but never again. Will have to find alternative arrangements. Our room was unclean in general, but on last day of stay opened curtain in morning to find active sprouting black mold in several areas. I’ve stayed in plenty of bargain inns in my life with questionable cleanliness, but not ONCE have I had active black mold in my room. Tried to resolve with front desk by asking for a reasonable request to get pet fee charge removed, was told by front desk they were “not authorized” to handle my issue. When asked for manager, was told they “can’t reach him” and “don’t know when he will be in” because he is away “on business.” I know I’ll never hear from anyone to get issue resolved. No apologies either and I know they will flip right around and rent that to someone else without cleaning the issue. Room is also not that much cheaper from similar other accommodations in area. Best thing was scalding hot water , otherwise best stay away unless you like to gamble with your health.
