Staff were helpful. Entry to building has "bird crap" on the mats almost every day--no matter what time you returned to the building. Lobby was extremely dated and should be upgraded. Not a very pleasant first impression. No elevator which is absolutely necessary today, especially having to climb stairs to the 2nd level. Not very accommodating with increasing numbers of elderly people who are traveling today.

I was traveling for business and was only there one night. The room was small but nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was more than fair. All around a positive experience and I’d stay there again.

Everything was perfect except for one (and only one) thing. The card-key entry-box on the back side of the building (by the door near room 115) did not work. So after I parked, I had to go to the front entrance to get in to my room. It's not a real big deal - but I thought I'd mention it.

I was only there for 1 night, so it was adequate for my needs. It was easy to get to from the highway. I would have appreciated if there was a microwave in the room as I like to have a hot meal for dinner. However, the person at the front desk told me where there was a market, and I was able to get a hot entree to bring back to the room.

People at desk were very friendly and helpful, this place is clean and comfortable and quiet at a great price.

Room had an unpleasant odor

Room looked clean at first but smelled like chemicals and the fan on the air conditioning rattled and kept us awake at night. Electrical plug extensions were also filthy.

No staff when checking out, left key card at desk as no one answered red phone. Had to leave 4:45 as sister scheduled for early surgery. Carpet dirty and shower not cleaned as soap film not cleaned

I had no problems besides maybe a temperamental TV remote but besides that great. It was nice and quiet. Worth staying again when I'm in the area

Room was musty and very small. Building fire alarms went off at 6 am. Fire dept had to come and shut them off. No one was working at the desk.

Value stay. Nothing great but good value.

Clean, safe, room was quiet, and comfortable bed! Good facilities for one night or extended stay.

Reasonable price, helpful and friendly staff, clean. Dated decor, hallways still smelled of stale smoke. Advertised breakfast was a granola bar, a fruit cup, a packaged muffin and water.

Very nice and quiet comfortable place, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Room was quite small, but very clean (the most important criteria). Most importantly, the staff located our $300 iPad in the bed, tried to call us (I didn't answer thing it was a scam call), and held it for our call to them. Most appreciated and deserving of our repeat (and your) business!

Lobby smelled funny. Room is very old with ripped dust ruffle, ripped lampshade, no elevator, noisy air conditioner and needs some renovation. Provided a bag breakfast. Checkin staff was pleasant and brought up a box of kleenix after i phoned and let him know the container was empty. He also offered to carry our bags up the stairs for us. Hot coffee ready in lobby was good.

Toilet ran all night but otherwise comfortable, clean and met my needs

The staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet!

When calling location, spoke with Kelly. She was very helpful and I feel she did an excellent response to my concerns and questions through out my stay. Kelly was always a cheerful person, I did talk to other front desk personnel, but Kelly was far and above very helpful and knowledgeable about suggesting area places of interest. I would like for Kelly to know how Thankful I was for all of her assistance, accommodating my requests for additional pillows and even provided a box fan so I could sleep better! (I use a box fan at home to block out noise.)

This hotel was very dated. But it was clean and cheap. Good value.

The staff is great, rooms are clean and overall a quiet place to stay.

Saturday afternoon We checked in and dropped off our 1 bag in room and immediately left to watch our grandsons youth tournment hockey game. Before leaving the rink we received a call letting us know that Mother, in LaCrosse, had just passed away. We needed to go home. Sue stopped at the desk, told the man we had not used the room at all and would pick up our bag and leave immediately so they would still have the room to rent. We could not stay to spend the evening with our family or to watch our 11 year old grandson's final game the next morning. We were not offered a refund or even a voucher for another nights stay at a Travel Lodge. He just sat there and couldn't be bothered with us. We do not expect to choose to stay at a Travel Lodge again.

We liked the walk in shower.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

No bathtub. Cobwebs in bathroom. Heater was very loud. Next to side door and it is very loud in the room.
