the hotel is very old, the elevator don't work, there is no gym, too expensive for its service

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and down on an open veranda overlooking the pool and gardens. It is an older hotel and that shows, but I would stay there again.

This property is old and run down. It’s centrally located to everything, but the hotel itself is really really run down and dirty. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty and stained, the bathroom’s doors were dirty and moldy. The elevator wasn’t working and apparently hasn’t been working for months now. We will not be coming back.

Carpet durty shower terrible needs to upgrade.

Service (people) is great, but rooms heavily outdated, lighting, A/C…No hot water in the morning and weak shower stream, poor drainage. Elevator not working. Great location which is what you mostly paying For. Included breakfast was “okay”, coffee was good but again, service is very friendly.

It was really nice place to stay Really close to the down town San Salvador and its attractions.

This is a three star hotel. A bit old but clean, with complementary bottled water in the room. Complementary breakfast was excellent and plentiful. No gym facilities, but a Nice pool. Nice bar and lobby area. Front desk staff was just ok, need more people's skills, but they were very helpful while fixing an issue with my reservation. Other staff(cleaning, dining area, valet) we're excellent and really showed they cared about their guests. Ultimately the other staff was what made my experience better

The condition of the facilities is really bad, the pictures must have been taken in the 80s but they show a hotel that no longer exists…it’s now old, dated and poorly maintained.. the carpets are old stained and smelly, the elevators were under “maintenance” the whole time so I guess they haven’t worked for quite some time I don’t think the hotel was worth my money at all… the only thing I liked was the staff always nice and courteous.

Felt very unwelcome while waiting for our room to be ready. Not allowed to wait by pool?!?! Elevators where broken. Gum on floor in room. For the price you could find a better ,happier place.

Excellent location near stores and restaurants. Walking distance to many nicer restaurants and high end stores. Very safe.

The elevator didn’t work and the air conditioner of my room made a lot of noise, so I didn’t sleep well.

The cleaning crew was excellent. Elevators were out of service for the entire stay and likely still are. Very noisy area. Bed was not comfortable . Ac didn’t work well . Hot rooms. Breakfast was excellent.

Great customer service but the hotel is very much in need of a renovation!!! Old carpets, old showers and the elevator is forever out of service. If your room faces the pool, be forewarned that you are at the mercy of loud guests. Location of the hotel is not the greatest if you do not have a car transportation. Walking seems dangerous as the streets are not pedestrian friendly.

They need to fix the elevator it’s been out off service for years other than that is a very good hotel

The elevators were turned off. We had to lug our luggage three flights of stairs on our own but the bellhop was super kind and helpful and all the personnel was nice and helpful. They charged us for the orange juice in what was supposed to be a free breakfast that came with hotel room. They did let us in early check in free but the rooms smell like mold and old musty home. The smell is bad so you have to open windows to air out rooms. The hotel is in bad need of updating esp the carpets are from like the 70’s and the old smells are embedded in the rooms. It is more like double what one should be paying for this type of stay. It is in a very safe area walking distance top notch food and shopping but I would recommend for what they charge stay at the hotel Capital or the Holiday Inn which was Waaaay better - with their suites more updated and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and sheets super clean but the mustyness and mold in the tile in the bathrooms made for a big no no for us. Glad we only stayed two days, daughter is allergic to mold, still sick a week later even though it was minimal mold in the bathroom. Bathroom had hot water and hair dryer and wish that they would use eco toiletries like other hotels are doing with big dispensers of refillable rather than tiny little bottles that barely hold anything so they give you like 4 of each thing making for a ton of trash that is unnecessary. the towels were good enough but no wash cloths provided, just body. Free parking

Front desk staff was friendly but not overly helpful. Think it was just a language issue, couldn’t suggest anything to see or do nearby. They did supply a driver when requested. The breakfast was tasty (meatless) with salvadorian variety.

Quiet, great staff

I really appreciated the room being quiet. The hotel is in a good strategic location, near everything. Although the infrastructure is old and basic, the room where I stayed was comfortable and quiet, so it was great for a good night sleep. The room was clean, food was tasty and it has a nice pool and garden.
