Great option in old town Scottsdale. Needs a facelift, but clean. Very loud air conditioning. Staff was friendly and they provided water.

Great location. The mall is about 5 minutes away.. Plenty of restaurants in the area and old town right around the corner this is my place every time I come back to Arizona and very spacious for a great price

Rooms&pool& bbq&

Good amenities for the price. Pool was good, as was the room and complementary breakfast. Layout of the hotel complex is nice and feels resort-like, but certain things were worn-down and cleanliness could have been a little better.

A few draw backs. The original room 1911 smelled like smoke causing headaches. The room was supposed to be smoke free. Consumers should get penalized for actions. It was an inconvenience having to move all our traveling items to another room. Very glad agent was able to accommodate us to another room. But rooms don’t have a fresh scent. The 2nd room 1613 had an unpleasant scent. I’m very surprised because I always stay in Hyatt Hotels and rooms never had this type of odor. We needed to purchase scent plug in’s to change scent because it was not pleasant whatsoever. Please make rooms have pleasant scents it makes a difference with comfortability to settle in. Also, bathroom ceiling started dripping and a pile of water formed on floor and kept dripping on my head. Upon checking out reported to front desk. Keep Hyatt at a 5 star category do not downgrade quality. Free breakfast was excellent! Pool great but closes at 10pm consider opening h til 11pm. Will return next year and hope to book here again. If you read my review, hope I can enjoy free nights for next year. Both my parents are retirees from Hyatt at O’Hare. I also have relatives employed at Hyatt on Walker Drive downtown Chicago. I’m a loyal consumer. In May traveled to Punta Cana and stood at Breathless. Thank you for making modifications!

This property was really nice. I had never stayed at a Hyatt home. It had plenty of room for my party of 6 and a reasonable price. Rooms were clean and up to date.

Located near old town Hotel was ok but needs upgrades

One of the staff was SUPER nice and sweet, he let us come a couple hours early from our check in and held our luggage and let us hangout at the pool, he also gave us a free room upstage and was super welcoming! As well as another staff she was super sweet and held our luggage while we went to the pool until it was time for us to head to the airport. The only downside about it was another staff, she was very rude and disrespectful towards to guests including us. When we asked her question her responses were very rude, and when we asked for our luggage back when leaving the hotel she was very rude as well. But overall was an amazing hotel and great first time in Arizona!

Our 4 day stay was great, only complaint we had is that house keeping only came by 1 day during our stay but the breakfast they offered was good and staff was friendly for the most part

What i like about Hyatt was easy access to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Since theres nothing much to do in Arizona. What i dont like is the room under someones room. I could hear loud footsteps from the 2nd floor . The breakfast should be updated instead of serving scrambled eggs _ preferred sunny side up. Add more breakfast dishes like made to order omelet, rice and etc... The staff were friendly and theres no parking or resort fees. Overall is okay for me

The entire experience was wonderful

Staff was very helpful and kind. The pool was always clean. There are so MANY restaurants at a walking distance.

The air conditioner did not work, there was no telephone to notify the front desk. We had to walk to reception where we were met with a staff member that did not receive our credible complaint well and in return was defensive and verbally confrontational. The plus side is that we were given a discounted rate upon check out.

The hotel has a nice infrastructure. The breakfast is very good and the room was clean. It was a little difficult to see the hotel entrance.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Nice, clean and all the amenities required for a stay! I strongly recommend!
