Love this little place. Beds are perfect. Good TV. Right across the street from the Aquarium sub stop. Easy walk to North End, TD Garden and everything else.
Slight downsides: Took a couple of minutes to get a hot shower. No natural light in the room. For price and location, 5 star.

Loved the Harborside Inn! Our room was spotless and spacious, bathroom was gorgeous. Loved the convenient location, steps away from Quincy Market and short walking distance to Little Italy. Parking nearby. We had a wonderful stay!

The Front Desk was very efficient and friendly from check-in through calling a taxi for us at checkout.
The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The Italian restaurant, Joia, was delicious and lived up to its name.
Personally, I appreciated the "old school," feel of the property (eg: real metal keys, a DVD/VHS combo).

Harborside Inn was AWESOME! It was my first time staying there. Front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly. My hotel room was the best. A very comfortable bed with plenty of cushy pillows. Plenty of space. The bathroom, and especially the shower area, was very clean. Within walking distance of nice restaurants, taverns, markets. I will definitely stay here again. 10 stars!!

Harborside was clean and perfect for my purposes. Comfortable and accommodating, the room served its function. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. If you don't care about a view or vast amount of space, this hotel is perfect.

Overall a very good stay. The staff at reception were very good especially Jeffery. Room was large, clean and well appointed. Good to have a safe and fridge in the room. Only let downs there was no sign of anything eco-friendly in the room and there is no security within the left so basically anyone could get to any floor if they wished.

The fridge in the room was not working. The carpet and shower floor looked like was not properly cleaned.
Also when I called in the morning and inquired about early check in Jeremy advised dis not have any. But i spoke to another guest at the bar, who had the same type of room as me, and stayed she called maybe an hr after me and was given one.
She had a female who she spoke with.

Great location to access Boston harbour/downtown amenities. Wish the hotel had a pool or hot tub. That would have made it perfect! The restaurant attached did not honour the “hotel guests exclusively” menu on their website so that was disappointing. But otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. More than we usually spend on a hotel room but it was a special anniversary trip!

Great value. Great service at generously staffed front desk. Ask them for assistance and you will be pleased. Central location. Easy walking distance to water front and North end activities. If in Boston again I would stay at the Harborside again.

Great location, but no coffee maker so had to go to 7 eleven or starbucks. Please consider adding this amenity. Also, having a frig in the room would also be great.

We picked this hotel for the location and it didn’t disappoint. The discounted parking was a bonus and the staff were all very pleasant. The room was clean but wish the windows were larger as we while had a city view room, but the view was of the building across the street. Overall was a nice stay.

Good access for ferries and cruise port. Quincy market around the corner, they didn’t make up the room that’s why a poor review, we were in a cabin room quite large with no windows. The base of the bed is dangerous on the edges it’s sharp metal, my husband cut his leg on it . The room was very dark needs more light .

They got pur room ready early. Desk staff were very nice. Room was big and clean. No coffee maker is about all I can say negative. Good location to Quincy Market, subway and other attractions. Restaurant next door had wonderful Eggs Benedict.

Our stay was amazing, this hotel is within walking distance of so many restaurants and the ferry services. Highly recommended.
