First thing we noticed when we walked into the lobby of the hotel was the strong smell of Marijuana. Once we got into our room and started unpacking a ROACH comes crawling out of the sink. Informed front desk they then moved us to a different room which that room the TV did not work back to the front desk we went. Now were in the 3rd room and the tv did not work properly in that room as well. I would NOT recommend this hotel AT ALL.

Located near the airport but older facility. Looks like people were staying day to day. Homeless woman with 2 kids was haing to move out if tgey didnt have money for an additional night. We dodnt spend the 2nd night there. Passed our room to the homeless family.

We had a studio room with a pullout couch as well as a queen bed. It also had a small kitchen area, breakfast dining counter, living room area, and of course a bathroom. The room was updated, nice flooring, nice TV, modern furniture and was extra clean. The front desk staff was super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there. 10 out of 10

Stayed here for last 2 nights of our fly/drive holiday and I wish I knew about this chain before. We arrived here with soaking wet beach towels etc as previous hotel had no facilities so I was very happy to know there was a laundry room here!
There was also a full kitchen and items like pans/cutlery/toaster etc available for use from reception.
Room size good, parking was great and hotel clean. Pool was a good size but constant rain meant I didn’t get to use it much.
The breakfast was coffee and muffins which they said was ‘grab &go’ because you have full kitchen facilities, which I get, but if you haven’t had time to go to shops or it’s the last day of your hols then it’s not really a proper breakfast, so don’t think it should be advertised as breakfast included.

Property is a PURE DRUG INFESTED DUMP. I wish I read reviews prior to staying here. I was suppose to stay two nights and left after one night. People actually live here and do drugs openly. I felt unsafe and left and they did not provide me with a refund for checking out early. I would not recommend any one to stay here. The rooms are old and outdated. Barely and hot water, toilet not flushing property, rusted appliances. People congregate in the parking lots and are doing sketchy things. A homeless persons bike and belongings in the back parking lot. Lots of sketchy activities taking place. This hotel is not safe for people and families. I would not recommended at all. I’ve stayed at numerous extended stays and this one is not it.

Every time I stay at Extended Stay America, I enjoy it more and more. I always stay in a handicap room, it has a full kitchen with pots and pans, coffee pot, coffee cups plates bowls and all kinds of eating and cooking utensils, anything and everything to bake or cook a complete meal of course a sitting area, couch with a fold out bed if needed ,tv and extra sitting. A queen size bed, full size bathroom, perfect. On Evans Rd. in Melbourne Fla. location. I formed an awesome friendships with two managers you have ; Katrina and Christine, wonderful beautiful ladies., if I need anything or just want to talk they are always there for me. This Extended Stay America is my choice first and every time ! ❤️ ❤️ See you soon 🤗

The pictures used for this property were of the newer hotel further into Melbourne. The working stove looked like something out of the 80s in style and didn't look like something you should actually use. You couldn't sit on the end of the beds or they would start to flip over on you. The free breakfast is also grab and go, so it was just coffee and oatmeal packets to take back to your room. This property does need some updates.

Saw a naked guy by pool at 11pm Saturday and homeless people sleeping by tables bypool area . Felt very unsafe. You need to completely fence in the hotel area. Also coffee in morning had coffee grounds in it and the area by stairs was absolutely filthy. Nothing like the others I have stayed at. It truly was disgusting.

We came for my son and fiancée gender reveal and decided to use this property because it was 6 of us and the room came with a full kitchen. It would have been cheaper to cook instead of going out to eat. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were no dishes in the kitchen and a sign saying please come to front desk for kitchen supplies. Ok, no problem…at least I thought no problem.. the front desk reception informed me that they were completely out of kitchen supplies. Everything had been issued out to other guest. Now we are still having to go out for meals.
I would have rated the facility 5 stars but of this issue, it received 4 stars. The facilities were clean and the staff pleasant. Yes, if I need another room to accommodate 6 people, I would use this property again.

Everything was great except for the beds. They were all worn out. Springs poking you in the back, sunken spots. For such a nice facility they really need to invest in new mattresses and sleeper sofas. They have gotten their monies worth out of them!

The room was the best one I stayed in during my trip. It was clean & the desk staff was very helpful. It was easy to get to & not far from airport. It has been years since I’ve been in the area & should I return I will most likely stay here again.
As I’ve had both back & hip surgeries the bed was comfortable but if I’d stayed longer I would have needed a bit more padding.

I booked through Exoedia and the property said they didnt have my reservation. The assistant manager said they probably double booked it because they were full. We got charged for the room somehow and Expedia was useless to help. We had to find another hotel at 8 at night after a long flight. Total nightmare.

Front desk was trying to multi task while checking me in; had issues with TV and front desk person wanted to come to our room to push buttons on the remote to fix

Check in was amazing, the young lady at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We asked for an extra blanket and a pillow, they did not have any. Seemed a bit strange to us.
Grab and go breakfast was nonexistent. No oatmeal was available unless you asked. No coffee was available, had to wait more than 15 minutes to get some. Then we went for another cup about 25 minutes later, it was empty again. Why? She should have put another one on when she brought the first one out. Muffins, we had to ask for then as the basket was empty. This was before 9 in the morning.
When i went to check out at 9:15, the clerk was no where to be found. I waited 10 minutes for her to appear. I think the only reason she came out was because another employee came in to start her shift.
The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Double booked and askedto leave after having to extend my time in town. 8 days in a room i had to leave and was charged twice for the room after i was told i could not stay in it.

Bed sheet was dirty. Items left behind from previous tenant in one of the drawers. The air conditioner leaked water onto the carpet.

Shower flooded because shower curtain did not meet the length of shower. Reported to mgr and nothing was done. Breakfast consisted of small blueberry muffin and use of a vending machine

One of the dirtiest rooms I've ever started in, did bathing in the middle of the night, towels had stains on them and were not clean

I was completely surprised at how nice the room was. If I come back to this area again for a short stay, I will definitely return here.

Phone didn’t work. No wifi, one of the lamps didn’t work. Decent place to sleep but amenities were lacking.

The sleeper sofa was very dirty both couch and mattress! There was a broken shelf in the closet. The floors in the entire room were super sticky. Staff was nice, but place didn't offer clean conditions.
