Microwave didn’t work. Air conditioner smelled like urine. Hallways were a little messy

It was comfortable and easy to check in but I was woken up to loud construction on the floor directly above at 830/9 am. Lots of dropping objects loudly.

Everyone was kind and very professional

Firstly, the front desk staff (and all the staff) were AMAZING! Very chill, answered all of my questions with a kind and accommodating spirit. The option to buy snacks and drinks at the front desk was also a plus. The room was definitely okay. Some small stains and ripped carpet, but it wasn’t unclean. The bed was on the firmer side, which some may really enjoy. The room had adequate lighting and the kitchen & dining area was a very nice spot to chill and provided ample space for meals, games, and packing. All that being said, some of the public areas were lacking. The whole hotel had an ever-changing odor that oscillated from bathroom smells to propane to just plain weird. There was no sort of indoor sitting area (aside from maybe the laundry/media room). There was a decent sized outdoor gazebo, but we stayed from Friday afternoon-Sunday morning and the same man had been sitting there smoking and playing music on his laptop the entire time. We never saw him leave. There are some nice spots to take your pet outside (it seems the whole hotel is pet-friendly) but only one other picnic table next to the gazebo. Very frustrating, as the rooms have no balconies or outdoor spaces. Our second night here, every time we flushed the toilet in our bathroom, we smelled cigarette smoke very strongly. All in all, for the price, everything was wonderful. Comfy room, perfect staff, and just a 15 minute drive to the convention center.

I found the property wholly acceptable and enjoyed my stay. It was priced very competitively compared to other hotels in the immediate are. I would definitely stay there again. That is as long as the price is competitive. LOL

The front desk staff and the transportation driver was kind and friendly. I was able to check in early for a fee because my flight arrived early.

Not the worst place but not worth the money. It was not clean. The towels had marks on them and the had some jimmed AC unit that was a while in the wall with a fan that sucked AC from the living room area into the bedroom. The sofas had stains on it from liquid spill. The supervisor was harsh, asked her if there was breakfast, which there wasn’t per the contract. She was right I was mistaken and it was late at night. She came at me with an angry look as if I was staring from her fresh food market, instead a of simple sorry sir we don’t serve breakfast here. Nastiness is the last thing you need at a hotel. All the time she was chatting with someone on the phone and her ear pods. Next day lady was polite. I booked the room because of the ratings were higher than the other hotels… agin not the worst but the things that were wrong could have been avoided with. Supervisor that paid attention to her job.

Room needs a renovation cracks in the wall tiles loose in the bathroom rust on the shower fixtures

It was a overnight due to a family emergency but the room was clean. Lots of TV channels. Near loads of places to eat. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The staff, including the airport shuttle driver, were fantastic - very kind and accommodating.

It was very comfortable and very spacious! Kinda out dated and not very bright but we slept great && had everything we needed!

Amazing location, room was grand and well maintained. Very clean with little noise around. Every aspect of this location is just lovely.

The air conditioner in my room was not working. I had to cancel my reservation because there were no more rooms.

Comfortable and convenient airport hotel. Good option when faced with sleeping at BWI in a chair or floor or taking free shuttle to a comfortable bed 2 miles away.

No breakfast, air conditioning set up did not keep the bedroom, cool, the dresser drawers kept coming out, and the maintenance crew changed the door locks in the morning while I was still sleep.
