Easy to locate. Check-in very friendly and accomodating. Staff very friendly and accomodating.Room was clean and necessary items present. Check-out was easy. Would stay again 100%.

It was our second time here and both stays were very enjoyable. Lots of activities on and off the property.

Checked out and already booked our Christmas visit here !! Great space and they supplied everything you need to cook with ! Love how convenient it is to everything as well. Everything was clean and comfy besides the pullout sofa could use a vacuum or a replacement.

First, prepare to be hounded at check in to attend a time share seminar. Before you can get your room key you must go to the time share counter and the pressure is on.
Second, they don’t tell you these are condos and if you decline the seminar you end up on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
Lastly don’t count on help when there is an issue with the room. Our third floor room had zero hot water. They will not answer the phone when you call for help. I had to get in my car and drive back to the front desk and then wait for a manager to come out. We were moved to another room in another building so we had to lug all of our luggage down 3 flights and drive to another building. At that building the thermostat was broken and there was no air flow in the bedroom so we were off to another room in another building.
The third room only had water pressure in the shower from cold water. The hotter you made the water it became a trickle from the shower head. At this point we surrendered and just dealt with it because we were exhausted.
The manager said our resort fee would be waived and we would receive an email within 48 hours providing a voucher for a free 6 night stay for a future stay. Well they did charge the resort fee and no email has been received after 7 days.
The staff is there only to sell time shares, the rooms are very dated and dust is everywhere in the room.

We spent 4 nights here in 2 of the 2 suite rooms with the family. 4 kids in total. This place was great for families. We used the kitchen and dining room almost every night. It is very close to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The pool, arcade, and mini golf were a great bonus for the little ones as well.

I’m a local resident of Williamsburg. I stayed here because I had a flood in my condo. My only complaint is I did not enjoy the constant phone calls trying to market to me I ask several times to be taken off of the call list. I told them I was happy with everything and that if I needed something I would call the front desk but to please leave me alone and I continued to get phone calls. I was in the middle of packing and dealing with numerous contractors, and I had to stop and answer the phone. It was very, very annoying.
Somebody needs to send the staff to a communication and listening class.

Comfortable and convenient location. Didn't realize when I booked that this was a time share property, so there was the usual sales push when we checked in but generally fine. No soundproofing though - you can hear everything from all your neighbors, above below or next door.

We were very happy with our 2 bedroom /2 bathroom condo rental. We were in building 14 which backed up to the woods. It was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. Unit was clean and roomy. Highly recommend

The room smelled moldy and the bathrooms had black mold around the faucet handles at the sink. The water was barely warm for a shower and that was with it fully turned to hot. Enjoyed the activities for kids- arcade and pool and mini golf. Decent experience.

Our stay was safe, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and it allowed us time to be with loved ones to celebrate the loss of a beloved family member.

The people were friendly. The facilities were nice. The 1 bedroom with pullout sofa bed needed upgrading. The building we stayed in was older and could use improvements. There is zero sound proof from room to room. We had loud neighbors and could hear all their conversations. Maid service doesn’t come during your stay but was ready to push us out the door an hour before check out time.

So I called ahead to request a newly renovated 2BR condo I KNOW ITS JUST A REQUEST but I also know how these things work... I got the run-around at check-in for the unit I asked for. This was our second stay, building 1 first then building 5 - both great locations and roomy villas. I wouldn't want to stay in one of the others, and since it's only a "request" that cannot be guaranteed at Wyndham- I won't come back. Customer service isn't the best, and the time share presentation REALLY sours the name Wyndham. Search up timeshare videos to see what I mean. The villa bathroom wasn't swept- hopefully my photos upload so you can see the hairs on the floor and in the shower. There were guests smoking marijuana at the BBQ area almost every day. The arcade which was so great the first stay, but this time it was so crowded I didn't get to use it much. Mini Golf course needs to be refreshed, but keep it!! They disposed of the playground; my child was so disappointed! They replaced it with a cute fire pit - bring your own marshmallows and sticks cause they charge $5.00 per person!! This would be a nice bonus - or part of the $10 nightly fee- duh Wyndham. This just wasn't "it" the second time around - and it was twice as expensive. Check-out is always bad. I never feel appreciated.

We were put on the 3rd floor-no elevator (70 year olds). Room was dirty. Bedding for the sofa bed was stained. Had to request clean towels 2 days before we received them. Pool was closed due to contamination. "Restaurant" had very limited items. I was told that we were scheduled for a "short talk" the next day. I said I never signed up for anything like that I was told it was because of the way I reserved our stay(?) If they really wanted too sell us a timeshare I would think they would have offered better service and cleaner accommodations.

Our unit had a musty smell to it. Also, a coffee set up was provided. Please add a few tea bags! Not all drink coffee.
But, other than that, it was great.

What a gimmick. From the time you walk in to pickup your keys, it's all sales marketing. I waited 45 minutes to get my room key and had to listen to 2 people before they would give me my room keys and parking pass.

We were on a lower floor and it was a bit noisy in the evening and when we were in our room. Upstairs had quite a bit of movement and noise.
Pool nice. The attempt to get us to a meeting was not expected and we did not appreciate it.
We were there to relax and have fun, not got to a presentation.

The location was good. Beds were great. The floor in our condo was creaky. I thought at first it was part of the colonial experience but the floor creaked with every footstep in the whole condo. I wasn’t aware that it was a timeshare and we’d need to do a meeting about owning a timeshare. Said it take 30 minutes but once you got there it was 2 hours. We didn’t buy but did get $90 in gift cards to local restaurants. Nice amenities but the resort looks a bit run down.

It was a great place to go with kids and young adults as a family. This is not a romantic couple getaway resort. The suites we perfect four our family of four. Alot of space to cook and be together. The grounds are well kept and the suites are nice. The staff is super friendly

Rooms were nice and updated. Clean resort with lots of activities. Game room was great for the kids and pool was good. On Sunday, they said there was a DJ and I even confirmed it’s a DJ was still coming no matter the weather and they said yes. We decided to do the pool that day. Looking forward to the Dj being there and they never showed up. Also what I did not like was staff was pushy on trying to get you to do a timeshare presentation after I clearly told them no. I will stay here again, but if they continue to call my phone and harass me about a timeshare then I might change my mind. I have a feeling I’m on some list now.

Overall, the resort was fun and comfortable. Finding somewhere to park was trouble. We had park away from our unit and we were not happy.

i DIDNT STAY AT THIS HOTEL BECAUSE EXPEDIA CACLED MY RESERVATION WITHOUT NOTICE AND STILL CHARGING ME $N 370.98 CENTS FOR THE ROOM. HAD TO FIBND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY FOR THE WEEKEND AFTER DRIVING 6 1/2 HRS TO THIS HOTEL. CANT FIND A PHONE NUMBER TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN TO GET MY REFUND.
