This is the WORST reservation I have EVER made in my life! As soon as we arrived to the hotel, you could see what it looked like homeless people all around the parking lot and in the front of the building. Upon entering and going to the front desk to check in, we noticed the reeking stench of cigarette smoke ALL OVER! Standing doing check in, a door in the back was open, and you could see this guy dressed in scrappy clothes, showing his ass crack, putting bed covers and sheets into a big washing machine, door wide open! While doing check in we noticed security cameras EVERYWHERE! A guy bleeding from his ear was using the atm while we were debating when to start running! We still went to see the room hoping for a miracle that, needless to say, didn’t happen. A piece was missing from the entrance door lock, the lock of the door shared with the next room was loose, missing screws,the whole room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were several burnt marks and holes in the bed spread! Even though it was a “non-smoking” room! We ran out of that place!

Despite being in a not-so-clean area, they are very good for the price, I like it there, I stay there alot when I am in that area.

Even though I requested a non smoking room, the room smelled of smoke as well as the hallways. Additionally the pillow cases were not clean. The pictures were very misleading. Hotel is located in a good area around things.

Said that they provided breakfast and it was literally one granola bar.

They are redoing the floors so is really noisy. The breakfast is only granola bar, coffee or juice. The bed sheets smell and had cigarettes burned, also the shower curtain. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The only good thing was the pool. The A/C worked great.

No problems whatsoever.

Liked the location but don't like staff that doesn't care about there customers helped one person get a room there and we got kicked out as well for staff going through the trash in another room not to mention a blue pill called fentanyl and we stayed anyway only to be kicked out this time.
