Filthy and smelly. Seems like the maid must have quit months ago and the owner stopped giving a sh** years ago. There was more homeless people than towels in the room. Not sure how or why this place is in business. Expedia really should remove this property from the list so nobody ever has be exposed to this nightmare.

This is by far the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. Wyndham should be ashamed to have this property associated with them. The property is run down to the point I thought I was in a place for the homeless. The rugs had not been vacuumed for quite a while. The hand rails where sticky. The parking lot has pot holes and filthy with trash and crumbled cement. Unkempt people hanging out at the front entrance. The room never cooled down on the lowest setting. The shower curtain bar was broken. The TV volume would not go up or down. The pillows were extremely flat, and the faucet in the bathroom was very loose not connected to the sink. That was room 216. We arrived late around 10:30 and found the entrance difficult to find. Looked like you were entering into a dead end. We wanted to leave but already paid and too late to find other accommodations. I read other poor reports and I have stayed at this property before so could not understand the bad reports. Property is not state of the art but my room was clean, linen and towels were good and I got breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. Good value. some cleaning needed in communal areas but very suitable to my purposes of a shower and a bed after 28hr international flight.

The frig dont work. Smell like vinegar

We requested a room for 5. Upon check-in we found they could not. When I asked I was told they could not accommodate us - I asked for a refund because we would need to find other accommodation. Was told they would not and the refund would have to come from Expedia. The hotel clerk was extremely rude

Staff was good, professional & courtous, grounds outside kept pretty clean but inside was dirty. Carpets filthy, walls dirty and generally speaking was in need of a good cleaning. The room was clean at first glance but beware, the longer you look the more ick you see. The AC fan was permanently set at one speed so it took a long time to cool the room. I would recommend IF your looking for a cheap stay and cleanliness is a non issue. Price for night 1 person cheapest around the airport.

Homeless sleeping outside room's window was a real highlight. The good news is they werent loud enough to disturb the bugs in the bed. Gotta admit it was a low point of the trip

For the college baseball world series, price is too high for this place. Homeless lady sleeping on the sofa. Police came to get her out. It's a place to sleep if your by yourself. Not for my family.

By far, the worst motel/hotel I've ever stayed at!!! If Expedia would allow a 0 stars rating, I would give them that. Do NOT Stay here!!!

Unfortunately bathroom was dirty and shower current broken. Smell to the room

Needed mowed and trimmed. Desk help was rude and the motel and my room did not smell good at all. Will not be staying there again

It was very dirty. We were on ground floor and the window didn’t latch. Lobby furniture was stained and torn up. Comforter had stains. Very old needs updated. People hanging out in front. Toilet ran all night. Van ride to airport was fine.

Overall poor condition

Building is rundown. Walked into my room with a mildew like smell. Bathtub half filled with water in which I didn't want to stick my hand in to see if it was just the plug. Didnt have any towels. Trash all over this part of town.

Very dirty and smelled horrible

1st floor smelled like pot in the hallways, apparently the “No Smoking” signs by every room are just suggestions. Staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The only thing that wasn’t already in the room were the towels. We went to front desk and they were very nice about giving us towels. Not really a problem . The staff are really nice. Should have fruit or yogurt for breakfast. Breakfast could be bumped up a notch. Otherwise everything good. Thank you

Hair in the tub and sink had to get another room due to door issues with locking, rooms smelled like mildew

It was ok until we had to pay a lil late and th4 girl and young boy was very rude about it

They first switched the rooms from one with a King Sized bed that I had booked to a double queen bed. One bed had dirty linen and there were rodents at night. We called to have the shuttle services confirmed but there was no one answering phones at 2300hrs. It was a terrible experience.

You get what you pay for. 1 bed mattress was sunk in. Holes in the bedspread and missing the flat sheet. Neither of the lights beside the beds worked. The lobby floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days and everything looked dingy. Staff was nice.

It was convenient to the airport with long term parking and a shuttle ride to the airport. The neighbors were a little loud with their discussions in the hallway and the walls were thin between the connecting rooms. Half the lights in the room didn't work, but we were only there for the night.

The location is 4 minutes from the airport, which was the only positive thing about this place. It looked dirty and rundown from the outside, so that should have tipped me off... my first room, the door wouldn't lock from the outside, so I asked for a different room. I was given another, with two queen beds, and that room was in terrible shape: the two beds were made differently so I couldn't tell which one was clean, the carpet was ripped up and the curtains were barely hanging on. It's very clear that the family is living there because a young woman behind the desk was going in and out if one room, yelling at a child and they have a nrand new puppy there that was barking at all hours of the night. It was super cheap, so I guess I got what I paid for...

No cereal out at breakfast, bot juice dispensers were empty.

There’s a little pond and gas station that is walking distance

Housekeeping and staff very rude. Housekeeping doesnt clean rooms completely after each visitor

Close to the Airport ! In a seedy area of town . The placwe is filthy needs to be totally updated or the city needs to close you down for being filthy!

1st room shower didn't work, moved to only available room and sink didn't work. It was so dirty, hair all over shower, bathroom floor, counters, sink, mirror was nasty.

Continental breakfast was awful - the only fruit was hard oranges, terrible bread selection, no hot food Both garbage cans at entrance were overflowing
