we had roaches in our room one in the bathroom with the towels the other i. living area on table they were alive and crawling around like this is their house

Not the Hotels fault but road construction right in front of the entrance big pot holes to dodge. Hotel appearance was nice, lobby are and pool was nice breakfast area was nice. Was was a disappointment, the room we was in, the sink stopped up every time you would turn on the faucet, had to call because the toilet lid was about to fall off, looks like someone tried to kick the bathroom door in but it they use caulk and painted over it. They ceilings had either crayon or marker lines on the ceiling and look like they tried to paint over it.Ceiling that was over the bathtub was peeling off and landing in the shower. The mattresses was HORRIBLE and the sheets had pen marks and a picture that someone drew but they still used it anyway.

I stayed here 9/12-9/15/24 it was horrible. My room had rust in the bathtub. There was no stopper so I couldn’t give my kids baths and had to hold them in my arms while I showered too. My son got sick the first night and we informed the front desk in the morning since we had two beds we just moved beds for the night. Housekeeping didn’t come that day and we were left to put the bed together when we came back that night. The pool was cold. The toilet didn’t work and we had to walk to the other end of the hotel to go to the bathroom that was public. My mom had to be moved rooms her toilet didn’t work either. In the new room it still didn’t work and while I was in the hall I heard another guest complaining of the same issue. The chair in our room was missing a leg and the side table was hanging on by a thread my husband had to fix it so we could use it. I was so disappointed in this stay. We drove from Texas so unfortunately we didn’t have it in the budget to just leave.

Very friendly staff, clean lobby area and rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. There wasn't a lot right near the hotel, but downtown restaurants were within a 5 min. drive.

There wasn't really anything my family or I liked about it. Rooms were not that great. I found bugs in mine. The screens had holes in them. The breakfast was crap food was disgusting. We won't be staying here again nor will we recommend this place.

Good value and helpful staff. Currently in a construction area. Third room was okay.

They were doing some renovations-- it would have been nice to know that going in. The TV remote did not work. The staff was excellent in trying to remedy the problem but never came up with a working remote. the room had two small-- very small uncomfortable chairs and was very dark. I am sure they will be upgrading things.

Unfortunately there were several irritations during our 4 day stay. I'm not one to easily whine and complain. If something doesn't work, and it isn't fixed or haphazardly fixed I'm pretty annoyed. Bathroom stuff, our shower curtain consisted of two partial curtains that opened in the middle? The shower curtain rod was mounted upside down, so the curtains couldn't be hooked close to the wall.Our toilet paper holder was missing, just the mount was exposed screwed into the vanity. The paint job and wall hangings felt like a "I know someone who can do it cheaper" scenario. The breakfast spread wasn't supplied well enough for a Labor Day weekend. After several people went through, everything was gone. More should be ready to go on holiday weekends. On the positive side, the public areas were clean and the staff was polite and accessible for the most part.

Could really use better lightning in the room, was very dark.

The bathtub/shower was in poor condition, it needed repair.

The room I was given had water standing on the floor in the bathroom. I was given a new room but that one was not stocked with towels. And there were empty liquor bottles on the floor beside the ice machine.

The staffs were very nice and go out of the way to addressed my needs. Hanna was awesome. She took good care of my family when we there. Anything we needed she helped. All of the staffs there are friendly and nice.

Lots of construction, confusion going to airport.

Gail was very friendly. Picked us up at airport via shuttle & then checked us in efficiently.

Super nice staff and close to downtown Omaha!

Property being renovated, no notice of that online. States there jacuzzi, which there is not. Only booked here for the jacuzzi and pool. Jacuzzi was full of cement. Toilet clogged, sink drained slow, rooms were dark, very few lights. No one at front desk get a plunger from, rang bell, no one answered. Tried several times during evening. So just bought our own while out. Shower was rusty, curtain only cover half shower, water everywhere. Pool was dirty and no clean pool towels. Unable connect Internet. Hallways and common areas smelled like marijuana. Worst of all my car got broken into, while parked in parking lot. We were suppose stay 3 nights, which we did not. Only stayed 1 night, and went stayed somewhere else for other two nights. Requested refund, still waiting here back.

Overall the facility was very clean but the original room we were given was already occupied by another guest. We received a secondary room and the toilet was leaking from the base, forming a puddle on the floor and several light bulbs were blown.

Decent hotel for the price. Seemed understaffed so we had to wait quite awhile to get checked in or if we had to go to the front desk for anything.

Front desk service was poor. Tub shower no draining, shower curtain rod broken, the young lady working Saturday morning was responsible for the front desk, shuttle, and breakfast.

Overall fine property just needs some upgrades for sure. Staff pleasant. And can’t beat five minutes from airport.

The hotel was perfect for what I needed: a good nights rest before my flight. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I used the airport shuttle and that was fast and easy.

Everything was nice except there were ants in the room and on the bed. Toilet was also backing up.

No tub stopper, couldn’t have a bath. One tile on the floor was broken

The location and the rooms where nice it was just the ant problem...ants was everywhere nightstand, bed, floors bathroom on towels just infestation of ants

Staff was amazing

Comfortable room with plenty of space. Convenient for the airport and a good shuttle service. Very noisy air-conditioning unit. Neighboring "Club for gentlemen" attracts noisy late night vehicle traffic.
