This property quickly became one of our favorite rentals! There are two living areas (downstairs has two bedrooms, a bathroom, spacious living area: couches, fireplace, tv, and two tables, indoor & outdoor games, large windows looking at the lake). We enjoyed the outdoor tables and seating on the deck and the lakeside fire pit, as well as the extra large yard. Our boys had fun kayaking and fishing. For a suburban neighborhood near an airport, it was surprisingly quiet and we felt safe. Bedrooms are spacious and everyone in our family gave the beds a "super comfortable"rating! As a mom of 3 boys, I appreciated that they (13,16, 17y.o.) could run around the property and have ample space to play downstairs. This house has 3 full bathrooms, 5 clean and comfortable bedrooms, 2 refrigerators, great lighting in the kitchen and living areas, large picture windows upstairs and downstairs facing the lake. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling. Oh, and the owner was very responsive and helpful with info. Loved it!!

Nice property, love that it’s on a dead end and quiet. Wish there was better water access.

This property is absolutely amazing! You can tell the owners care deeply about their guests from their meticulous cleaning to the quality of the home and what they have available for entertainment (plus extra outdoor towels!). The beds are super comfortable, owners are easy to get ahold of for anything, the home is spacious and the backyard is incredible. We stayed here with family, including a 1 year old, and had nothing but an amazing experience. They even had a pack n play and a baby gate that we could use which was AMAZING. Thought it might be a bit loud because we were close to the airport and downtown, but you honesty have no clue. It's an amazing getaway in the heart of Omaha! 12/10 highly recommend & we will be staying here next time we're in town!!

As advertised! We stayed for 10 nights during the 2023 College World Series. The place had everything we needed and then some. Scott was great! We only had one minor issue while there and he addressed it immediately. Awesome week! Highly recommend!
