Have stayed at this hotel four times. Service is wonderful. Cleanliness is amazing. Unfortunately, the amenities are horrible. Air-conditioning seems to “slow down/shut off” at night time. Was broken and television in living room was constantly “searching for signal”

We have been many times throughout the years to the Embassy Suites, and we are never disappointed. The staff is so helpful, from the associates at the front desk to the housecleaning staff, those manning the breakfast area, etc.

I liked the hot breakfast. It was a made to order omelet with many choices of ingredient.

The stay was very good and the room was clean.

The staff are excellent and have been every time we have stayed at the property. This time we were put in a room that smelled like moisture that was so bad it smelled like a litter box. We checked in so late, which we appreciated the flexibility, we didn't have the energy to find alternative accommodations. So we just dealt with it. Although I had planned on staying at this location when we return in May for our son's college graduation, I am looking at other options.

We had an amazing stay at Embassy Suites! We experienced a mishap with our vehicle (dead battery) and two hotel employees went above and beyond to get us back on the road! I will recommend this establishment to anyone and will stay here again and again!

Property was close to all attractions with few minute drive. While property is dated from pictures, rooms were clean, beds comfy and great for family 5 . Breakfast and friendly and amazing staff great you with smiles every morning. For the price cannot beat location and free breakfast. Again free breakfast which was not terrible for the price. Walkable right to mini golf. Snacks arw put out at night for later afternoon snack. Quiet. Pet friendly- we do not have pets but an allergy child and no issues with cleanliness of rooms. Had late check in and no issues and front desk was accommodating.

Everything was wonderful I will be returning soon.

I like everything wspecially the welcoming face of front desk, ckeanliness and readyness of the room and the quitnes of the roon. I hope I will definatly come back another time.

My family of 4( 2 adults and 2 children); along with our family pet (Goldendoodle) had plenty of room for our 4 night stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The dining staff/cooks were absolutely wonderful. We look forward to staying again the next time we are in Williamsburg.

We checked in late at night but were greeted warmly. The next day, we had breakfast, it was a good variety of food available. I really wanna showcase Patricia, she was the staff member helping during breakfast. She was kind, helpful, courteous and made me feel welcome. She shared compliments, showed true care and attentiveness to everyone. She was a joy to be around and made my day.

The room is big enough for all of us. It’s clean. The breakfast is good too. But some staff are not that friendly. I encountered 3 of them. It totally changed my plan about staying again..

The room was perfect & everyone was so nice!!!

The property seemed really nice and we were definitely optimistic.. However after getting up to our room we discovered a dirty sock in the wardrobe, and a wrapper on the floor next to the bed. Our air conditioning did not work the first night (we arrived after 9:30pm and were exhausted) and we were so uncomfortable. We went down in the morning and they sent someone up to get the dirty sock and fix the ac. That night the ac was again acting up at bedtime. I told the clerk at check out in the morning and was only offered reward ponts through hilton, which I never received, I paid $420 for 2 nights. The elevators are awful, they are so slow we ended up having to take the stairs a lot of the time due to wait times, the hotel was packed and there are only 2 elevators that take FOREVER. (We were on the 4th floor) Patricia the breakfast attendant was AMAZING! Definitely the best part of the hotel. The happy hour complimentary drinks were great and the bartender was phenomenal. All in all, despite the great personnel (they truly were amazing), the accommodations were not ideal as far as cleanliness, crowded long wait times for elevators, and the ac issues. I will probably look for a different hotel next time. :(

Rooms and property are badly in need of a refurbishment. Air conditioning was very noisy. Check-in staff very unfriendly. Breakfast was good and the serving and cleanup ladies were great. They were about the only thing we liked about the hotel. Also, the slowest elevators in existance

Mrs. Patricia the breakfast host absolutely amazing attentive, friendly, and overall polite if she lived in Florida, I wouldn’t hesitate to have her Managing my restaurants! The two older ladies cooking omelettes on the flat top were very patient and super friendly. They kept a smile the whole time. The entire breakfast staff was really helpful and pleasant. The bartender was precise with opening at 5:30, and the drinks very good! The only downside is that no rooms have balconies, and the bathroom happens to be in the living room, This layout is different from the other embassy suites that I have visited. The bathroom is usually positioned in the bedroom. Mrs Patricia made our visit wait it… would revisit and recommend solely because of her!!!!!!

We relocated to this hotel after staying in a different one that was rated the same or higher, but did not offer as much as this one, nor was it conducive to a good night’s sleep. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was very quiet (couldn’t hear neighbors) and the breakfast offering was just right!

The hotel service/staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean and provided a very peaceful quiet environment. Location was great for Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The elevator however was very slow.

From the moment I entered the staff was extremely kind , pleasant and friendly. That made our stay in Virginia even more enjoyable. The indoor pool was clean and warm which our kids enjoyed . Bush Gardens is just 15 minutes away from the property which is a plus . Last but not least the daily breakfast was hot and delicious . Will definitely choose to stay here in our next trip to VA.

Elevators slow and not enough of them.

Excellent all suites accommodation. Onsite bar/restaurant and the free breakfast made this a great choice for our family of 5. Also traveling with a pet so the pet friendly accommodations were a plus for us.

Hotel is super clean! Always enjoy the snacks and drinks in the evening. The breakfast is always a hit. Great way to start and end a day.

Nice and clean! Delicious breakfast! 4 stars because at front desk was only one person and waiting time! Elevator it's very 🐌 slow and need to be updated!

Enjoyed almost every thing! Only would have liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
