Excellent stay at Atlantis beds was so comfortable and relaxing all the pools and rides was amazing

1) I came here with my family for my birthday - during my entire stay no one said anything. 2) I was told by staff I would be supplied with a reusable water bottle and filling stations available throughout the property. So I did not bring any bottles. Upon arrival I was told they are out of stock but check back next day. Moreover, I was told by management they would supply us water bottles. I wasted 1/2 of my trip waiting in the lobby or on telephone requesting reusable water bottles which I was told they were out of stock plus I spoke with 4-5 managers because no one would supply water bottles. My 4 and 6 year old were accompanying me on the trip and this was very hot trip for them. Staff would not supply water so I would have to take to a new manager each time. Sad thing was, they had plenty of reusable water bottles for sale in their gift shops. 3) dining plan is confusing and don’t get scammed. Each restaurant employee will tell you this is part of the dining plan and then you get a bill from the hotel. I recorded multiple videos of servers telling us items are part of the plan and it wasn’t. It is a great plan but the restaurant servers are playing games. 4) premium resort, beautiful place but lousy service. Activities are great. Plenty to do for families and kids. Kids 4ft and taller can go on any ride. I spoke with the following managers - Ashwan, Petra, Katherine, kardesha (she was most helpful), I tried to meet with Ashwan on 3 days but always busy.

My 3 time here in this part of the island. The Royal missed to disclose that you. Wed extra step to get an airport shuttle. Make sure you call receipt before booking online. It will cost you more than 150$. Other than the service was excellent.

For the amount of money it cost to stay here, things need to be cleaner such as the glass in the tunnel to see the sharks and fishes. Too mush algae green stuff making hard to see. Also It needs to be disclosed that when we give the card on file at check in, there is a hold of over 500 placed on the card. The whole resort is cashless, which is not good.

The hotel services were very poor.

The room smelled like mildew. Other than that, the resort is beautiful and the water park was fun.

The staff is awesome and there was plenty of staff. Everything was easy to manage and the property was easy to navigate.
