Great staff

During my recent business trip, I stayed at the Red Roof Inn and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and clean, featuring a cozy bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the exceptionally well-functioning air conditioning, which provided a cool and relaxing atmosphere, and the warm shower that was just what I needed after a long day of travel. Additionally, the friendly and helpful service from the lady at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. All around, it was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant overnight stop.

Property is a bit run down

Staff was great

The bathroom hadn’t been swept, there was things from people who stayed before us, a dirty towel, and corners in the room weren’t swept, most outlets didn’t work and same with coffee maker and clock, there was smudges of stuff on the bed. The lady that checked us in was friendly though.

The front office was nice

They are a pet motel. If traveling with animals, this would be a ok hotel to visit. According to the front desk theyrent all there rooms to people with pets, so all the rooms smell like wet dog and a very strong perfume smell.

Average accommodations for the cost.

The room was spacious but the floor was dirty (socks were white when i poor them on in the room but were very dirty on the bottoms when I took them off). Very quiet room. Friendly receptionist.

Unfortunately this was a very dirty room. I understand pet friendly rooms but to not clean thoroughly is very displeasing and made for an uncomfortable stay.

Staff was wonderful, enjoyed my stay.

Stains on the sheets and comforter (no duvet cover). I asked for new sheets and the one person working gave me new sheets to change them myself. Hallway smelt like alcohol and pee, AC was down in the hallways. No elevators?

Good room. Mattress and pillows were great. The shower seemed a little beat-up. We only had one washcloth for 4 people and they didn't have anymore. They did give us more hand towels.

The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the pillows were flat. Around 2:00 in the morning, a couple were screaming and arguing with each other which woke us up. Upon checkout, a member of the staff was shirtless and the front desk staff was watching a video on her phone. It was an interesting stay.

Nice place to stay

Clean but run down. Needs an update

The desk person opened our room door with out knocking, had to restrain our dog. The coffee pot didn't work right. They did have a parking space able to park our truck and trailer. The air conditioner in the stair well was broke and the stairwell was uncomfortably hot.

The place was nice n clean. Staff was friendly. We just needed a night to sleep and it was perfect. Bed & Pillows were a little soft for my liking but that is just my taste. Thank you

The people were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was not that clean and too outdated. We had a turn off the fridge off because it made too much noise. The toilet was loose and when you sat on it, it moved. The towels had stains on them. No hairdryer. The beds made a lot of noise and moved because they weren’t attached to the wall. TV had no instructions, channel guide, and local channels. We would never stay here again.

The room didn't have toilet paper when I got into the room. I went to the office and tried to contact the attendant who had stepped away. Ringing the doorbell and calling the phone number didn't avail in contacting the attendant. She finally showed up after 15 to 20 minutes. The room was okay and the tv turned on but there was no network connection so I couldn't watch anything.

Pretty good overall. The room was very spacious and the AC worked great! Staff was very friendly. No elevator and the shower wasn't as clean as I'd liked.

Staff was nice, check in super easy, 4 walls and a bed all we needed. Little mini fridge, microwave, and little coffee. Just what you need to rest your weary head.

Stay was very comfortable, room was clean and quiet.
