The room I was allocated was tired. However the staff were 5 ⭐️

We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the bath tub. It was very awkward scary to get in and out of. The floor was very wet and slippery following our showers.

Great location in central Glasgow. The staff were very friendly. We had an issue with the room which was very quickly resolved. The decor and furnishings are a bit dated but the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Very close to the square. Driving to Hotel is a bit of a nightmare. Maybe it was sent and i missed it but better communication would be appreciated when we specifically asked. Thank you for the discount on parking.

Right off the style mile and very near train stations (especially Queen Street). Interior is a little dated but for the price, you can’t beat it. Staff very nice/helpful.

Great hotel that is ideally located to Queen Street Station (literally next door). Good facilities, including buffet-style breakfast with both hot and continental options.

It was an overnight stay for convenience.. bed was good.. bathroom clean.. room spacious.. other than that, the hotel is old and needs a lot of maintenance and renovation…

Breakfast was excellent and the building was very nice. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. One issue was I couldn't get the shower to work so had a bath. Everything else was great

nice hotel. It did say they have a restaurant in the hotel on the website but it was only open for breakfast and lunch till 2pm which I think I should have been informed of upon check in . So don't expect an evening meal in the hotel.

We recently stayed at The Millenium Hotel in George Square , from 11 - 15th July . We were really disappointed by the very poor standard of room we were given . It was well below par , especially considering how much we paid for it . photos available . Apart from the general shabbiness of the room and furniture, it was also very dark with poor lighting . The small TV was not well positioned and you cannot view it comfortably from the beds . The room was very noisy with doors close to our room constantly banging closed. There was also a lot of noise from the guests upstairs who came back very late one night , around 2 - 3 in the morning and continued to be very noisy for the next couple of hours . During the night a plastic cover fell off the bathroom wall making a loud crash , which woke us up again . I did complain to the lady working behind reception . She was helpful but explained that there wouldn’t be another available room until the following day . So we had 2 nights in the poor quality room before we were moved into a better room . The first room honestly felt like we were staying in a hostel and certainly not a 4 star hotel . It was extremely disappointing to have to stay in such an awful room , which was very different to the rooms advertised on the hotel’s website. We were expecting a much higher standard for the money that we paid for it . We look forward to hearing from you .

Enjoyable stay, service very good and friendly, helpful staff

The room was clean and very comfortable. The problem for us was that I have an injured leg and did not want to walk far. There was no room service or lunch or evening meals in the hotel. The plumbing was ancient and the toilet did not flush properly.

So handy for an event i was attending in the city halls. Arrived by train 30second walk to my hotel. Perfect. The room was spacious and clean, teas coffees fridge - good facilities. Good do with more plug sockets, but jappy with my stay

The room had no wi-fi reception. The bed was supremely uncomfortable - I had to have special assistance to get through Glasgow airport the next day. The shower was either cold or uncomfortably hot. The plug in the bathroom basin got stuck. There is no restaurant in the hotel contrary to the statement on your website. The furnishings were old and tatty.

This place was nice. It was clean, friendly and very confident for the trains. I was returning from the garden show and the staff very kindly looked after my plants at reception cos they were worried they would over heat in the left luggage store room.

Connor the bartender was amazing and it was a great location within walking distance of everything. The room was a bit small and so was the tv. The shower was not easy to get in and out of do to its height but nothing special about the room. Only 2 usable pluggins to charge phone. Also the hallway smelled funny. Also the room extremely hot and the bed for a standard very small.

Location Location Location Walk to many attractions and restaurants. Directly beside Queen train station and about a 10 minute walk to the Central train station. Most of the staff was very helpful. There is a good breakfast in the Italian restaurant across from the upper right hand corner of George Square. The hotel breakfast is adequate but pricey for what it is. This is an older hotel so be aware that there is no A/C. We used the fan provided but the interior upgraded windows dont open much and the air circulation wasn't the best. The room was always a bit stuffy. This was at the end of May into the first week of June. Overall I would stay here again, but maybe not in July or August.
