From the moment you step out of the car at the Ocean Club, you are in luxury. The staff are at your service, friendly and welcoming. The property facilities are out of this world. The gym is very well equipped, you can get the push bikes to cycle the property. We only stayed for one night as a treat. We are at Dune restaurant. Our server was great. So lovely and chatty. Top service. The resort was very quiet which we didn’t mind, as it’s very exclusive. Each time we sat down at a different pool, the staff bring over a bucket of ice and ocean club waters to keep you hydrated. The room was out of this would. A bath tub fit for 2 people! In the rooms, we were given complimentary branded caps, beach bag, and even a bottle of local rum to take home. Even the closet was air conditioned!! Unbelievable stay, certainly warrants its prove and exclusivity.

Four Seasons = superior experiences! Some of the properties do not live up to the FS brand but this one does in terms of quiet luxury and superior guest services. Everyone was extremely polite, gracious and appreciative. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will return asap!

Travel all over the world and thia property is one of our favorite. Best service all around from Selena at the spa, restaurants and our butler's Prince and Marcus spoiled us every moment! Food is spectacular as well and Keith at the martini bar is world renowned. If your looking for a serene getaway where you do not have to leave the property for a thing- this is the spot.

Beautiful property, beautiful view, but the clanging crew does use not a vacuum or a mop in the rooms unless you specifically ask them. We stayed in two rooms and both had hair, crumbs, and lint on the floor and desk because they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while.

We spent one night for a anniversary. The staff made a note when we arrived and we were congratulated when we had dinner and drinks after. The room overlooks the ocean and we could walk out to sit on chairs to enjoy the solitude. The staff was very respectful, polite, courteous, helpful, and welcoming. We had only booked one day ahead and there was no problem with the short notice. We will highly recommend the Ocean Club and hope to return when we can. Memories were made and shared with friends and family who have not seen it in pictures or in person.

Wonderful Resort. The staff is amazing. I have stayed at a lot of great resorts and I can tell you this is one of the best. I can remember at least 10 staff members names due to how much help and interaction they had with us. In terms of service no hotel can compare. The location is awesome. The water is fantastic. Hotel needs updating on many fronts. The tub was old and had little potholes that looked like cigarette burns. Multiple cable channnels did not get service. The internet did not work in our room. The coffee mate creamer left by our coffee machine were rancid. The old refrigerator being used as a mini bar had to be unplugged at night because it was stupidly noisy. For what we paid, we felt more like suckers than guests.

It is a beautiful setting. The negatives are that the dining is not as good as it used to be. Dune is still good but the food is not as good as it was. The other main negative is that we opted to have dinner at the Dune Bar one evening for convenience and were subjected to having to endure cigarette smoke while we tried to enjoy our food. In this day and age what establishment allows patrons to smoke at the bar. Times have changed and the Ocean Club needs to get with the times. No smoking except in designated areas.

One of the few places in the world that provides true 5 star service. Went there for our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. One of the best hotels I stayed in over the last 30 years and I travel about 1/3rd of any given year. Can‘t compliment enough.

Four Seasons did a great job sustaining the high standards set previously by O&O. Room upgrade at check-in, gorgeous property, wonderful staff, beautiful beach, what’s not to like?! We loved the pool staff in particular, especially Chavez, who makes a great drink and stirs up even better conversation. My wife and I have been 3 times and will certainly return again. Ronnie Wood was even in the House when we were there! Very cool.

We had a great stay until our last night. There was a wedding reception party on the property with loud music playing until late in the night. We came for some rest and relaxation and not for a party atmosphere. We brought this up with the staff a couple of times but management did not take any action. Not the Four Seasons experience and not what one would expect for a at a hotel at this price point we expect better.

The place is really expensive but the service is not at its best. You ask for drinks at the beach and it may take them a long time. n the restaurant we sat on a table that was shaking and not stable. Although I brought it to the waiter’s attention they didn’t do anything about it. It’s an easy fix to put something under the table.
Another problem we had, one night in the bar next to the restaurant they had a live performance and then she would pass the microphone to the guests and good lord, some of those people could not sing and insisted to do so. I understand trying to be friendly but you also need to consider the other guests.
The location and rooms were fantastic. The beach was beautiful. The tennis court was great. We used the bikes to go around and they were old but functional.

The resort property is absolutely exquisite!!!
I did not appreciate the 3-4 hour wait to check into our room. I had to go back to the Concierge to see if our room was ready. The service manager was not too polite when I spoke to her about the matter. Her tone was actually rude. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this resort.

we just returned home from the Ocean Club and we loved it! the staff are fantastic, the beach is beautiful and our room was a bit tired, but immaculate. The breakfast and lunch were delicious, but the dinner is expensive and just average. I would definitely return.

This hotel is located on beautiful grounds with the most amazing beach. We loved the Yoga classes, pools, and the employees. We felt the mattresses were a bit too hard and the room was a bit dusty. We loved the restaurant by the pool, but the Dune restaurant needs some improvement. The staff never seemed to remember the order's completely and waiting for our drinks seem to be a regular occurrence. We thought all the staff at the hotel seemed to care that all the guest had everything they needed to have a wonderful trip. Our Buttler was very nice, but seemed to say no problem to things, yet not given an exact time on anything which then left us to track him down. We loved this hotel and will be returning. There is always room for improvements, but they are very close to being perfect.
