This hotel did not meet our expectations. The check in was smooth and the attendant was friendly. He mentioned the hot tun and pool area was open until midnight. We appreciated that because we were going to dinner and visiting with family. When we were able to use the hot tub it was colder than the pool. We scratched that and went to the room as we had a tub. The jets didn’t function right so that was also a scratch. The walls around the in room tub had pictures pulled down and holes. When we turned back the bed the sheets looked like they had been slept in and were full of stains and long hairs. We ended up requesting the sheets be changed. Had it not been so late would have been a good time to go… The window in the room was off the track and did not lock. The handle for the tub faucet fell off when I turned it on. The breakfast did have done cereal and breads. The butters were all opened and melted in a bowl. The halls are half painted and there are paint drippings all over. I can’t believe this is an AmericInn. The tub was also dirty which is in my photos

The place is disquesting floors and carpet dirty especially in the lounge area Carpet in rooms were all ripped up ceiling tiles about ready to fall in shower The only plus was the bed was comfortable and seemed clean My husband and I went to try out the hot tub which was down they said because of repair The walls of the hallway ways looked like a first grader painted them breakfast was gross my husband went to get orange juice and it was only water that came out I’m really surprised this place passes inspection by the state

Smelled Mildewy, and needed to ask for a shower curtin for the room, and Hot tub was not working, If new ahead of time would of booked elsewere. But the Shower pressure was great!

Carpet was extremely tattered and torn. Bathroom shower Spicket was broke off. Dresser drawer would not stay shut. Bed was comfy and staff was super friendly at check in.

Comfortable room; very adequate breakfast; staff friendly and very accommodating. Would stay there again.

Do not let Hotel.com book your room. They just don't get it right. We booked a rollin shower room because of our condition. It was never shared with the hotel. This happens about a third of the time when I use them. If you have a handicap, confer with hotel early to make sure they get all the information. Than you can contact this site to talk to a person. I am ready to drop Hotel.com! The front desk person was very understanding and tried her best to come up with solutions for our night, at midnight. She was great.

It was Great and one of the employee hasnt worked here long. She was absolutely knowledgeable. It's great to see.

Outdated and needs maintenance. Carpet was very dirty.
