Our stay was great, with the exception of not having WIFI…. Hopefully we’ll have it on our next stay…

Three story hotel, could use an elevator. No carpets in rooms which is probably much cleaner than with carpets. Rooms are OK, little tired and dated. Staff are great, working hard to make things go smoothly. Breakfasts are quite good, lots of variety from eggs, sausages, to bagels and fruit.

Television was so complicated that we had to have the staff come to the room to get it to do anything except show a "snowy" screen.

The only complaint is the breakfast sitting area is in the lobby. Overall bang for your buck!

Pros - Relatively new and Clean property and building. Lots of Parking including for Trailers (Boats.or Snowmobile) with good entry and exit. Room was clean, beds comfortable and Shower strong and Hot. The Breakfast was good with Waffle Iron, Cereals, Juice, Fruit, Yogurts etc. Hot Breakfast was Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Links and Home Fried Potatoes, but, exactly the same both Mornings of our.Stay. A bit of variety (Bacon, Mini-Quiche etc) would have been nice Cons - The AC Thermostat lowest setting was 68-DegsF and not cold enough for a comfortable sleep for us. Also, its a 3 Story building with no Elevator or Baggage Carts which could be troublesome for some folks. The TV Controller did Not control the TV, only the Cable. Selecting "TV", as the Front Desk directed me, did not correct it. Seems like the Universal Controller was not programmed for the LG TV, so no Pwr On/Off or Volume control We would stay again for the Price Value vs others Motels in the area.

The beds were really comfortable.

North Bay has unfortunately gone downhill somewhat. Sad to see. I hope it recovers. This was my first stay at a Super 8 ever. As far as the hotel is concerned, I am not a fan of the layout, multi story with no elevator. They allow pets, I had to listen to some ones dog barking. The TV remote is a pita to use. For what I paid I expected better. If I ever go back to North Bay, I will look elsewhere.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it has been the perfect home base each visit. Clean room, quick and friendly check in - check out. We would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank You!

Near the lake and a mall.

It’s the best 2 star hotel I’ve stayed in. But it’s not even at a best western level. So don’t come thinking it’s going to be a 3 or 4 star place to stay.

nice location for touring around North Bay area, near enough to shops and well connected to highway. Breakfast is pretty basic and crowded.

Great location on Lakeshore. The property is showing its age, but the managers are doing a good job of keeping it clean and welcoming. There is not an elevator, so consider that if you have mobility issues.

The rooms were reasonably priced for the offering. The staff were efficient and my room was spacious and cleaned without asking over my two day stay. Hotel conditions are good overall, but there are signs that maintenance is lagging behind. Seals gone on windows and in the front reception in the breakfast area window is cracked, and in our room the window seals were gone and fogged up. In obvious need of replacement. I would return to this hotel as we were quite satisfied overall.

The accommodation had ample space for a large family, was immaculate throughout, including the bathroom. Surprisingly, the kitchen included well-equipped.

Could hear people walking around in room above. Staff was friendly and excellent.

The bed mattress was the best I’ve have experienced in any hotel.
