We always stay at Hamptons because we were never disappointed. But this time we were. When we got in our room late it was way too warm for our liking. On the thermostat on the wall was a paper taped to it saying to use the unit under the window. The unit was old, broken pieces and gross. You could see toenails, food and garbage in the fan. We eventually were able to start the unit but in the middle of the night it stopped and wouldn’t start again after. By early morning it was now almost 80 degrees in our room. My husband and I haven’t slept good at all because it was too hot. When we checked out my husband mentioned to the front desk that the unit wasn’t working and the employee said that it was always like that this time of year. That they are always having issues with the heating et cooling system. They didn’t offer anything. We left and we won’t be staying at that Hampton ever again.

The room was not as clean as it could be. Soap scum on the jet tub, and hairs in the shower. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, and the eating space was bright and spacious. Not all jets in the tub worked, but it still was nice. No difference between garbage pails in room, so recycling procedure wasn't very clear. We do have another booking in December, mainly because the staff was so friendly, but we are hoping for a cleaner room. The pool water was quite dirty as well, so we chose not to use it.

Television channels limited - we only had 10 channels on a rainy night when we didnt want to go out. The shower head fell apart while using it, fire sprinkler in room coming through unfinished hole in wall in room, two unsafe power bar outlets in room with loose power inserts.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was awesome, room was quiet, bedding and towels were clean and soft, pillows were pletiful and overall we liked the room, we just didnt think the room lived up to expectations and cost
