The breakfast was good, they had enough for every taste. I also liked the fact that the receptionist gave me a card to call direct if I was coming back for medical reasons, the price would be less for medical reasons again.

In the room, there was flying ants and aunts medium size on the bed and many in the bathroom which, I told the reception the next day and I was told they would look into it and get it fumigated.

front desk gave us the keys to someone else hotel room I walked in the room to a dog thank god the people weren’t there. something embarrassing could’ve happened

Elevator was out of service. No one told us breakfast was horrible. Bread and stuff was stale and waffle maker did not cook the waffles all the way through only pear yoghurt

The view was great. We had a lovely balcony with a view of the bay. The location was central and convenient.

The bathroom was falling apart. The shower was not draining properly. The location while central, was still a bit sketchy. Room was a bit small and the extra blankets were very rough. The towels also very thin.

Finally able too get the room at 1230am . Pre-booked the room online and still had issues. Gentlemen was great .

The cleanliness of the room. Bathroom had urine around the toilet and floor. Toilet seat was filthy with urine. Bathtub had 4 different kinds of mildew and mold. My daughter was unable to bath dew to the condition. Didn't get into the room untill after 1230 am. 3 year old child should not have to be woken up to get the room whuch was pre-booked. Parking lot was full of dniw took 20 min to get carcparked was getting stuck. At check out the woman was very rude and non empathetic to what I was trying to say to her. Was rude comments about the check out.

Old run down and dirty. Needs major Reno’s and lots of stuff like hair dryer doesn’t work. Person at front desk said he would go get another one and never returned. We left and on way out that person was now working in the breakfast area doing something else

Complimentary breakfast was good as was the location. Had issues with: Broken toilet seat Upon check-in, no toilet tissue in room No plug for bathtub Could not turn on TV. In addition to remote in room, needed remote from front desk Stayed 2 nights. Returned to room for the 2nd night to find Housekeeping had not been in. Had to call reception for fresh towels, etc. Left my cell number hoping to hear from Manager, but now 5 days later, it is obvious that will not happen.

Location is awesome, could walk downtown in 2 minutes. Only a 5 minute walk to catch the bus to the casino.

The rooms were not very clean. The whole facility is in desperate need of updating.
