Great ! Only issue was our heater was unplugged it only got down to 65 so it wasn't unbearable we finally figured it out the next day

On the Hotels.com app it looked like it was right by I80 but it was on I29 around some curves and right next to the Holiday Inn and the Casino. Very congested area and no restaurants or stores around. We brought our dog and wanted to walk to an outdoor eating area but instead ate snacks in our room.

They overbooked rooms despite us paying far in advance to reserve our room, then staff/manager was not real pleasant about working through the situation.

Loved the river view room on the 1st floor, right around the corner to the back patio. Room was nice and clean with refrigerator and microwave. Pool area was way to warm to even think about staying and swimming, so we chose to sit outside at the pool area patio which was quiet and nice. Breakfast was not the best. Staff was great and loved the shuttle to downtown old market area! Walking distance to casino was a plus. All in all, would stay again.

Very clean very nice love that breakfast last so long very good breakfast options nice clean pool nice outdoor sitting areas! Free cookies ! Free ice water! Free apples and oranges! Clean white sheets! The toilet paper was folded into a triangle nice shampoo and conditioner! Snack area had very decent options! Beautiful river view and right next to the casino 10/10 way better then any hotel i been to in the past few years. Staff is nice loved it there very much !!

Fees online are not accurate. $75 fee for a small dog. Room cleanliness not great, there were a couple sunflower seeds and m&ms found by my dog. Staff not friendly at check-in. Breakfast was good though, and pool was big and not too cold.

Front desk and housekeeping clearly care about their jobs because every aspect of our stay was wonderful. It was spotless, well maintained and everyone we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great as well! We will absolutely stay here again when passing through.

We enjoy staying at this hotel every year on the way out and back from our trip out west. It’s always clean and comfortable.This time felt somewhat unwelcome by check in staff. We were asked if we are part of the chains membership for points (no we are not), if we stayed here before (yes quite a few times). That was the end of discussion. Weren’t offered free water bottles like others checking in, (by different staff person)no breakfast explanation, WiFi, room number, etc. Just handed the room keys. We will probably continue to stay here traveling through, but hope next time the check in staff can be more pleasant.

First time staying at a Hampton Inn. Stayed here two nights in order to visit the Omaha Zoo. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Did laundry and was amazed that there was only one washer and one dryer available for guest laundry for the entire hotel. It was in a very small space with no seating. I don't leave my laundry unattended so we had to grab our camp chairs and cram them into the space while we waited for our laundry to finish. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Check in was nice and easy. Desk clerk was thoughtful when answering questions about where to eat. She suggested several different places. Our room was clean and had a view of the river. We were able to walk inside between the hotel and the casino next door via another hotel in between. This was a nice feature as the wind was blowing a lot. Breakfast was plentiful with area kept clean.
