Great little hotel (when all the amenities that they advertise are open and working.) to note about that, the indoor pool and Hot Tub were completely closed on a Tuesday night, I booked the hotel FOR the indoor pool and hot tub. It was my gf’s bday. The outdoor pool and hot tub although was heated the hot tub was like taking a warm bath in 20 degree weather and the pool was no where near heated. Thankfully I was smart enough to book the room with a hot tub in the room and salvage her birthday trip. We drove 2 1/2 hours out to Conway for a get away. Might be finding a different hotel option next trip out.

Although 3 elevators, only one working for the 3 days we were there so always had to queue. Restaurant very limited menu.

This hotel is fine. Older and nothing special about it but decent enough. Unfortunately the hotel selection in North Conway isn’t great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Disappointed. The rooms were dirty, the hotel staff were not helpful. I found a bed bug crawling on me and had to demand a new room. Even after bringing the bed bug down to them, they denied having bed bugs. The whole situation was handled poorly and definitely ruined our weekend. I will never go back.

Love this hotel and try to make it there at least twice a year. From the room with the hot tub in the room, the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, gane room, hammocks, and location to the outlets this place is an amazing get away!

Ice machine on 3rd floor wasn't working and the one on 2nd floor looks like it fought for the UFC heavyweight championship. Other than that stay was great.

Really liked this resort. Has great amenities and rooms… my only complaint was there were lots on underage kids (4-10) in both hot tubs and the parents just let them take over the hot tubs and hotel staff didn’t check the pool areas to tell parents kids under 14 are not suppose to be in the hot tubs.

Loved how close it was to dining options, shopping and the inside pool was great. There is even a playground for children. It was a bit cooler and rainy while we were there so we didnt get to use the outdoor pool.

This place was lovely and inviting from the moment you entered. Our room had a plenty of room to enjoy our stay and even relax to watch tv without needing to sit on our bed. Loved the bathrobes and slippers too. We were able to enjoy the outside pool as it was a beautiful day and that was great as well. Would definitely go back.

Overall okay experience, everything was fine, the halls definitely weren’t the cleanest, the beds were very uncomfortable and the ac unit was extremely loud and woke the 2 of us up every night, definitely very pricey for what it was, we got the room with the jacuzzi and one of the jets just didn’t work which was upsetting, the area of the hotel is perfect with the shops being right outside the doors. Rooms could definitely use and upgrade.
