Staff was great. Inside courtyard beautiful. Outside parking area not ideal. In room nice and clean. Fan didn’t work and some lights were not working. And no free breakfast as advertised.

There was very little variety for breakfast, and the customer service was very poor. We experienced a rude worker, and also saw her being rude to other guests.

Property was clean and very spacious. Only gripe was the remote for the TV would not work properly and was very difficult to operate the TV due to input delays.

Travelodge Santa Maria is a well preserved and nicely updated older hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was all helpful and friendly. Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast choices were limited but good.

Breakfast staffing needs complete overhaul. There needs to be a staff member in the dining room present for all hours of breakfast. Unacceptable to request the reluctant reception desk staff to replenish breakfast items and then walk out again to repeat the problem.

Very clean, and very good staff. The breakfast is not that great, but there is free breakfast. The pool is very nice.
My room was super clean and it had all the amenities one could ask for: refrigerator, microwave, safe, ironing board, hairdryer… And plenty of clean towels.

The front desk clerk Isabel is very kind and knowledgeable about the property. She’s easy to talk to and will help in any way she can. Just working with her will always make up want to go back!

I did not receive the room I booked. I had my dad whom is a disabled veteran in a wheelchair. I did not get a handicapped room and I requested a patio which I didn't receive

The place is fine. The sheets are really soft The rooms are nicer than you think. Considering it's an old facility, the pool is clean. Spa is hot. The breakfast needs improvement

Get to the hotel. Nothing was refilled such as coffee, coffee cups etc. When I checked in, they asked for a $50 deposit which would be released the day of checkout. Not only was it not released it was taken out of my account. I called the hotel Regarding this issue nobody will answer the phone I’ve called probably 10 times this morning and it just rings and rings and rings until it finally gets disconnected. They literally stole my $50. I didn’t take anything out of that hotel room. Not a towel , not a bar soap nothing so there should be absolutely no reason why they would be keeping my deposit .

Went to the lobby to go to the bathroom and they said they did not have restroom in the lobby.

The advertise free breakfast but ran out of food one day and didn’t even open the dinning building the second day of our stay.

The staff were helpful and hospitable! The landscaping was beautiful! The room was clean and well kept!

The property was very clean and beautiful and easy access to my room. The problem I had was there was a very disruptive family staying the room right above mine and I ceiling must be extremely thin or that family allowed their children to run around upstairs until after midnight. I couldn't get to sleep until after 1am. I informed the front desk but it seemed to have done very little to stop them or informed them to keep it down so late at night. Other than that it is a very nice hotel.

Check in was easy. Area is not the greatest. There was a weaker outburst while we were there that made me a little uneasy but the gentleman at the front desk handles it well. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Definitely would stay again due to price and quality.

The room was updated & clean. The property was clean. My room had 2 beds & 1 was super uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very basic & there was no staff in the dining room to restock things that were empty so first come first serve.

Really lovely hotel room, was actually really impressed with it. Unfortunately the WiFi stopped working then breakfast the next morning was questionable, we arrived about 9 asked about the mixture for the waffle to be abruptly told first come first serve, so toasted a bagel but there were no knives to spread the butter or Jelly, when asked was told there are no knives available

Clean and well-organized property. Excellent fluffy towels! Carlos at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Only issue was no hot water this morning before checkout.

Did not have included breakfast as advertised, one of the beds in our room was super squeaky-possibly even broken. Ice machine broken. The room itself is nice and clean and the lobby/courtyard is well kept and pretty.
