The elevator was broken, and there was no attempt to find another room for my elderly spouse. The floor was very sticky. Mildew on the shower curtain. No coffee maker in the room. We aren’t planning on staying again.

There were drug sales going on in the parking lot, the lobby smelled like pot, there were homeless people living there and walking around the property all day long. I felt unsafe at times and gave up my last 3 nights to stay in a different hotel. Never again will I stay at such a place!

We arrived at the hotel and checked in, and upon arriving in our room we discovered someone else's belongings already laid out in the room and the bed had clearly been slept in. When we returned to the front desk the clerk confirmed that the room had somehow been double booked and was very worried because the hotel was completely full. Luckily he was able to put us in a handicap accessible room that I assume is kept empty until need arises. While the room was not that different from others, in general the hotel was rough. Not very clean, not very comfortable, not great amenities, etc. However, it was one of the cheapest in the area so I guess you get what you pay for. If you stay here just go in with your "eyes wide open". It's cheap for a reason.

It seemed like a criminal hotel. It’s not very well maintained. It does not look clean. Right next to my room there was a room with a handwritten pasted paper that read “Do not disturb”. Will never stay there again.

The hotel was dated. The room was ok as we were really just there to sleep for 1 night. I realize this is an extended stay hotel but it would have been nice to have an ice machine and bucket or at least some cups (plastic or otherwise). Not everyone that stays is staying for an extended amount of time.

When checking in at nighttime you smell pot big time. During the day that smell isn’t there very often but at night going through the lobby and laundry areas it’s a very strong smell. I liked having a kitchenette which made a plus to the trip but it was so hot I was wishing for a pool. The only downsides to this whole place is the overwhelming pot smell. Also when checking in a guy sitting in the lobby had to open the lobby staff area to alert the person on duty that anyone was waiting to be checked in.

Service was great, but the hall way had a urine smell, I felt our room was not well prepared for us. The table, counter and floor throughout was sticky and gross. At night when we turned in both days Friday and Saturday sounded as if wrestlmania was taking place in the room above us. Saturday night police, EMS, and fire department came in and wheeled someone out, unfortunately it was not the wrestlers above us!

I stayed one night with my boyfriend and our initial check in was lovely! The manager was very friendly and very helpful! The room was great for a little couples night out.

Would stay again

Friendly room was comfortable and large enough to relax and we like the extended stay because it gives a full size refrigerator plate and so on. I believe the staff works very hard. There cares about that facility. It was older, but it was being kept up in the very acceptable Way. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the Portland area. Todd and Baoshun Simond

Seemed really rundown & there were tons of shady characters around the building. Apparently customers treat the place horribly so the hotel doesn’t provide anything unless you ask for it. We won’t be staying here again

Got to the property and waited forever to check in. Finally called the hotel and spoke to staff who were away from the desk. She was working short. Then got to the room and it hadn’t been cleaned. So because she was working short, we offered to get the bedding and make the bed ourselves. Obviously short staffed here in reception and housekeeping. Otherwise I think it would have been fine.

Booked a king bed room and got put into a double bed room and not even 2 queens they were just small beds. Lady at the desk said they were fully booked and would not give me the room i paid for. I told her i would not pay the price of a king for a less valuible room and wanted the bill adjusted to that kind of a room rate, i do give her credit as she did lower the bill to accommodate. Overall it was a dissapointment as we did not get the room we booked and got shoved into a lower value room but they were clean at least

Dirty and smelly. Clearly a long-term rental facility, more like low income apartments. No one at the front desk for evening check in and no means to contact or locate them. Room was old, cat scratches on headboards, old fridge, air conditioner that didn’t work and a small kitchen with no cups/utensils, etc. The window was left cracked open with no screen so there were flying insects in the room as well. I didn’t feel safe with my children there and would have left immediately if I was able to safely drive after travelling all day. Check out was easy and someone was present. I’m generally fine with a Super 8 or no frills hotel and this was by far the grossest hotel I’ve ever been in.

Elevator was broken, 2 flat pillows and they didn't have any more, no creamer for coffee, room SMELLED so bad.

This property was filthy, my room was gross I had to clean and sanitize my room before I could use it. Countertops were peeling away. Bedding was dirty. And all of the furniture was damaged and peeling despite this property being smoke-free my room stunk like cigarette smoke, and there were several burn marks in the counters. I tried making the best out of my situation because of an upcoming snowstorm, the cake topper was when the hotel lost power. It did not have a generator. It was an entire day with no power not even offered a flashlight to find my way around. When I went down to the lobby early in the morning, they had a small generator propped outside the door to have a light for the lobby and to brew coffee. There were Extension cords running through the lobby on the floor which I tripped over on my way out the door. Ridiculous!!! What was supposed to be two days of relaxation ( no kids, no husband, no house to clean) became a nightmare. I think this hotel is more for people that are homeless than it is for people on vacation I would never ever ever stay here again. If your coming to Maine on vacation DO NOT stay here!!!!

Location was perfect for our needs, and price was reasonable.

Had to leave due to 6 hours of straight noise overhead. Jumping/ stomping...couldn't get any sleep. Requesting a full refund!

The worst experience ever. The hotel initially provided the wrong room, and upon addressing the issue, they informed us that no rooms were ready despite it being past the check-in time. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the room. Although the no-smoking signs in every room, the hallway was filled with a strong smell of weed. The staff's attitude was ok.

It served it's purpose

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a half a dozen people smoking by the front door in front of the no smoking signs, including the person working the front desk. After entering the elevator, noticing the inspection was seven months out of date. After arriving back to the room at approximately 9:30 PM the noise from the room above us was nonstop, people running, jumping on the floor to a point that it shook the doors in the room. Tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work in the room. Finally gave up and left at 1:30 AM in the morning.

The room’s lock was unreliable and loose. They did not have the furnishings in the kitchen that they promised. They could not provide a coffee maker for example. It had snowed earlier in the day and the walkways were still covered in slush the following morning. They had a young boy (about 10 or 11 years old) trying to shovel the walkways. In general the staff were friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could.

Patty at the front desk is amazing. She was helpful, thoughtful, i called more than once to confirm information about propery polocy and she was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful both times. When i arrived she greeted me and knowing my daughter had just had surgery and i was alone, offered us help with our bags. Conversely, whomever the young lady was who worked the evening front desk shift insisted she could not accommodate my request for utensils and cups unless I came to the front desk for them. With an child recovering from surgery, and having no second person with us, this caused hardship that felt like a lacking in customer service. The room was worth the price, the bathroom and bed were clean and the property was quiet. The broken elevator was a real inconvenience with my room being on the 3rd floor and it was obviously causing hardship for the housekeeping crew. Having that fixed ASAP should be a top priority for the property. All in all it wasnt a bad stay, perhaps not as convenient or service friendly as it could have been
