Needs updating and a thorough deep cleaning. Bath faucet old and rusted, no stoper in sink. Did not even try the shower because of its appearance. No extra blanket in room, no regular coffee in room, ice machine broken, couldn't wait to leave.

Property from outside is well maintained. But rooms are not. Pur room carpet was dirty and sticky and had wierd smell to it. Not happy.

I was met with the most cordial and friendly staff person. The check in was flawless. The room was clean and inviting.

Everything was good

No elevator had a room on the second floor. Carpet was old and missing spots in hallway. Tub didn’t look clean. Not sure because it didn’t use it. The lady who heckled us in was great very friendly. I personally wouldn’t stay there again.

Room was unpleasant with a doublen bed and absolutely hrrble mattress and pillows. Other custoner were yelling, screaming and slamming their room doors until past midnight.

Great staff but the property is showing its age. Groceries, restaurants and coffee near the hotel.

We didn't get in till late we were able to check out at noon instead of 11. Everyone was friendly and nice.

Great location, price I thought was great, until I saw how run down the place was then I really understood why. My room 104 has literal holes in the carpets and an odd smell. No OneKey VIP upgrade given despite plenty of availability

Worst hotel ever

Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh.

The room had torn up carpet and smelled like dog. The receptionist on duty was friendly and personable.

Had a nice time. Everything was nice and clean.

Breakfast options were awful! Check-in staff weren't very welcoming.

Noisy room, we can even hear the people next door. Conditions of the bathtub were questionable...slippery.

Stayed here once previously a few years ago. Booked again without hesitation. Parking lot had some questionable guests at a late hour sitting in their cars. Lobby looked run down and computer system took forever to check us in. Bathroom was disgusting with a cracked and dirty sink. Partially painted shower that we didn’t even use. Everything for the most part was in disrepair, aged or needing some TLC. It served its purpose for a bed to sleep in for a few hours. I understand it’s lower tier property for the Wyndham brand , but WOW this place has gone down hill.

Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping

Kim and the front desk team made check in an amazing experience. Every interaction with front desk was fast, polite, professional and welcoming. Jenny and Miranda and second floor housekeeping keep the rooms and public areas in great condition. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Free breakfast

I was up there for a weekend with the Minnesota Army National Guard, And the hotel staff went above and beyond, They made sure I was able to partake in their breakfast, even though I had to get up earlier than their scheduled breakfast time. I will be back.

It was a good comphy stay.

I was satisfied with my stay at the Super 8 Saint Cloud. The building is an older facility and has taken some heavy use. There are some things that are quite worn and need updating or replacement (e.g., the carpet in my room which was frayed; the sink in my bathroom, which was cracked). That said, all seemed clean, so I had no cleanliness concerns. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was average sized and was clean and orderly. The included breakfast was "the usual" (cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, a small selection of fruit and yogurt) and OK. The hotel faces and abandoned Salvation Army center, not the most attractive view. There are plenty of eating and shopping places within a block in any direction. Overall, the motel was OK. I wouldn't seek it out in particular, but it's OK for those passing thru Saint Cloud.

Excellent property

The toilet seat needed to be replaced…it was all bubbled from harsh chemicals. The flooring was peeling and unattractive. The sheet had a hole in it. The lobby was plain and unwelcoming. The key c I would not stay here again.

Well if you just want a bed and plumbing, this is your place. Other than that, not much to rave about. The room reeked of cigarette smoke that was trying to be covered by cleaning products and a room fragrance plug-in. Had to pull that out since it was overpowering for the small room. The outlets had a layer of black dirt/dust on the top edge. At least one of the outlets did not work (the one right by the bed) and the lamp next to the bed kept flickering once I found an outlet that did work. There was no hair dryer - just the part the hair dryer should sit in was attached to the wall. The microwave was gross yet smelled so bad of cleaning products I thought it might ignite when I used it. And finally, I put my food in the fridge (which also smelled) only to realize in the morning that it either didn’t work or wasn’t plugged in. Threw away all of my food. So, yeah. If you just want a bed and plumbing, I guess you’d be ok here. The woman that checked me in was pleasant too.

Very run down. The front door had a bunch of people just standing around! Looked to be homeless.

Shabby, holes in carpet, trashy outside. Room was as clean as it could be. Sheets etc very clean. No explaination of tv, nice helpful employees, good breakfast.

So noisy. Walked into room and refrigerator had been leaking. Floor covered in water. Staff was very nice and offered to change rooms. Small kids on floor above pounded on floor till 2 am. Price was right and it was clean, however would not recommed if you need some sleep.
