The rooms very clean

Customer service was excellent. The rooms were clean.

The property is close to the beach and not far from the Galveston cruise port.

Breakfast was the worst I ever had. Just tiny muffins, coffee and orange juice. To stay one night before cruise perfect.

Room was updated and clean! Close to shopping and seawall!

There was a roach in the drawer below the tv.

It served its purpose for a night before a cruise. Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Fairly clean though and walking distance to a few restaurants, grocery store and the beach.

Rooms were clean the smell was a distraction even with air freshener and Lysol, need more king rooms on the ground floor. Over all it was fine for 2 nights.

The room was nice and spacious. Room got very cold, being a plus since the weather reach 101 that day. Would stay again

Everything was clean and walking distance to the beach, a gas station, and a Macdonalds if you have kids like mine that only ever want McDonald's

We did not even stay at the Super 8 because they only had us down for one room after Hotels.com already confirmed and charged our account for two rooms. We’re still waiting to here back about our refund.

Unfortunately my family anf I were racially abused by a staff member the next morning after checkout. my children were harassed and yelled at my this staff member and they were sent off in tears.I would not recommend this property because of the circumstances that ended our stay

The pictures are LIES! I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. The pool is not 24 hours as advertised. They didn’t have cable or smart TV’s. One room didn’t even have a TV. The AC didn’t work so one was moved. The next room was filled with the odor of weed and we had infants and the refrigerator didn’t work. They moved that room to a new one because they couldn’t figure out who was smoking and the new room didn’t have AC. You get 1 rag, 2 towels and 2 face towels. No blankets on the beds just 2 doubled sheets.

Plenty of rooms stuck us in the middle away from stairs, musty smell, ac did not keep room cool.

I booked 2 queens. When I got there - they put me in a king. I was traveling with my almost 10 year old twin daughters. When I got to the room, I went back and ASKED if we could have two queens like I asked for. She said that since I had booked through an outside source they didn’t guarantee availability. But ALL 4 nights I walked down the passage way and could see into windows of rooms with NO guests (the SAME ROOMS- multiple rooms with TWO BEDS) I even said that sleeping with twins this age in one bed feels like you’re sleeping with ninjas and she laughed. But still would not move me. Towels- two. That is how many were in the room. So I went to the desk and asked for more. And a third pillow- desk clerk acted like I was being selfish for wanting more than one towel per person (we all have long hair) and one pillow per person. Also, don’t say it includes breakfast if it is my choice of: 1. Awful coffee 2. Stale blueberry muffins 3. Yucky looking mini cinnamon rolls 4. Two types of juice? (Only if two types is both orange!!!)? No cereal even. I mean how hard is that!?’ AND- in the 4 days we were there- the tiny pool had a lock on the gate all but the first day- when my girls were able to swim for about 45 minutes. (One day was rainy- I will give them that- but the other two- it should have been open.

Had trouble with the tv that required maintenance to come up. No guide for tv, a little inconvenient.

Great staff at the desk and the hotel is cleaner than most at this price range. Considering it was a beach motel, it was very clean. I would stay here again for another quick trip.

Good for the price. Located in a great area. Could use a fresh paint and interior upgrade but overall I enjoyed my stay there.
