The room was very clean and we appreciated that. The breakfast was outstanding from the food to the staff who went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

Overall location is fine. The sewage smell is pretty bad on 1st floor. The water from the sink was awful. Barely able to brush teeth. No glasses in room just plastic cups. Beds were pretty comfortable but bathrooms looked a bit run down. Went down to buy water & staff was not polite. Just stayed at other hiltons in Marietta & it was great. For the $400 price I would never go back here. Also stayed at a rennisance in St. Augustine this week & it was great. Overall bad choice at this hotel!

Hotel was very nice. A bit further from the downtown area than I thought, but Uber was available. It seemed newer, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The front desk was very rude. Her name was Natalie. If you ask her a question she responds with bad attitude. We were a family of 16 in total and it was our first time in St. Augustine.

Attractions were relatively close to our hotel and walkable. Plenty of crosswalks to help navigate the busy hours.

The only inconvenience was the pool closed early for quiet hours. It was a hot day out and about around the town. We wanted to fellowship with our friends that came with us. Most pools stay open til 10 or later. It was like 8 or 9oclock.

We had an excellent stay! We were so impressed with everything. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was simple but good. It was about a mile walk to the downtown St. Augustine area, which was very quick and easy for us. We will definitely be staying again!

The bedding looked like it was used and we paid over 100$ more than what was booked through Expedia. Staff couldn’t split payments at end of stay either.

Easy check in and out. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was clean, comfortable and there wasn't a lot of noise. It was within walking distance of pretty much everything in historical downtown St Augustine. We really appreciated having a quiet place to retreat to during our trip. The price per night was pretty good and we all appreciated the included breakfast.

We loved that it was steps away from busy downtown. It had parking. Rooms were clean and staff was extremely nice. Shawayna/ Natalie both greeted us and made check in a breeze. They were both pleasant and shared great information and great tips!

We came here for our 36 wedding anniversary. My husband was a diamond member for Hampton Inn (Hilton) when he was traveling for business and we decided to give it a try. The property did not disappointed us: Hotel was clean, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Close to all the attractions, downtown shops, beaches and restaurants. The only bad thing is that I lost my watch which had a big sentimental value. It was gifted by husband a very long time ago. I left it on top of the dresser and when I came back it was gone! I reported the disappearance of the watch after it happen but there is nothing that they can do. No other person but housekeeping went into the room. So sad for my loss.

The stay was mediocre because the hospitality of the staff was horrible. The front desk was consistently rude when approached and other members of the staff were scarce and didn’t even acknowledge other guests. The hotel needs some upgrades but it was comfortable and fit our needs for the stay.

Very nice hotel, really clean room and facilities. The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was nice and spacious. The shower would be better if it had a handheld option.
My main complaint is the name of the hotel. It is on US 1, and not really downtown. It is a good 20-minute walk to the area with the historical sights, quaint shops and restaurants. The name should be changed.

The room was clean and was in walking distance to downtown St Augie. The only problem was the pillows too soft so it took awhile to sleep and the shower was very slick surface so hold on. Over all I would stay there again
