Checked in room didn't seem cleaned found hair in sheets on bed, food left in fridge from previous guests stay, charging plug on lamp for cell phone didn't work, bathroom light flickering like crazy have me a headache, carpet didn't seem vacuumed scared to let my infant son walk around. There was no body wash to shower with container was empty so maid never checked. It was a late check in as was on a family vacation with my tired 2 infant children when went early in the morning to complain to Manager and advise of the issues all I was offered was couple drinks from the snack room because was told booked through Hotels.com there was nothing they could do. Would Not recommend staying unless you like dirty rooms and broken amenities.

Stay was good, tried an early check-in 2x but wasnt able to. I even tried paying to be able to. I feel that should be offered even if theres a charge. 4p is a late check-in, standard yes but still.

The front desk couldn't have been more accommodating! The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was super tasty with a large variety. Best of all, the coffee was good, which is not always the case.

Stay here regularly, as I go to the Kobe Steakhouse across the street for music events. This alone is fantastic, so to add on comfortable rooms, great staff, and ease to the freeway giving you options to go and do many things is a bonus.

It was a good experience as expected. Location was perfect for my trip to several places. It was exactly the perfect location for the distance of my trip purpose. And also it was just across the street from my favorite restaurant. It was Central for everything of my visit. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to my acquaintances.

I have several food, allergies. The staff in the kitchen in the morning were wonderful. Someone had mixed up the spoons in the eggs and the staff cooked me separate eggs so there wouldn’t be a chance of contamination. I also needed a late check out and they were very happy to help me, I’ve stayed here before and I’ll stay here again. Very convenient to the Long Beach airport.

The Ayers is our home away from home. We stay here because our son and family live in Long Beach. We like the convenience of the hotel to his home and the beach. The staff is pleasant and always helpful. The breakfast is the best around!

My daughter lives in seal beach. So we chose this hotel for grandsons to join us for breakfast and swimming. The hotel was very nice. Clean. Great pool and jacuzzi. Great breakfast and patio area to eat.

One of the best stays we have had in a long time. We travel quite often and I have to say that this 1 night stay before our cruise was perfect. We arrive very late, front desk help was very professional and got us checked in quickly. Hotel and room was more than I expected. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. We ate in the courtyard near the pool. That was lovely. Very close to shopping like Target. I would stay here again and hopefully for a longer time. Not as close to the cruise port as expected but we enjoyed the stay and it was only a $30 Uber ride to cruise.

My family stayed 5 nights at the Ayres Hotel, in Seal Beach and we’re so glad we did. It had everything we needed from great location, spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, quiet, breakfast included and a nice size workout facility and pool. Friendly and helpful staff too. Hands down, I would book with an Ayres hotel again.
