Had requested a handicapped room. One we were assigned was not but it was a great room. Had to switch to handicap and it was not up to expectations. We made do but don’t like high price for subprime accommodation.

The rooms were adequate and it was a short walk to the AIM sports gyms. My son was playing basketball and it was handy for going back and forth.

Booked a king and they said I booked 2 queens and was told since I booked through Expedia they could not change.

2 Queen beds was perfect. Family loved the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. Over all positive stay. I would definitely stay again.

The beds were really comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice and had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was really nice, you could make your own waffles.

I was attending a conference in Long Beach and the original hotel I booked was not as described and I would not stay there. So I was struggling to find accommodations. I saw the Hampton Inn in Seal Beach. It was a little out of the way but looked good. I was pleasantly please with the room and the staff.

Check in was easy, staff was very helpful. Parking was included with plenty of space. Breakfast was included and had several options. Pets are welcome!

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was very noisy. The toilet kept running on and off every 5 minutes. The sink faucet was broken, shower curtain too small for the shower. No refills on coffee packets for the room, only one bar of soap. Pillows were incredibly flat and mattress cover was too small for the mattress and kept pulling out in the middle of the night. Room was poorly sound insulated - outside cars kept us awake. Poorly maintained outside - looked like a tired hotel in the middle of a tired community. Breakfast bar was the only thing we’d say was pretty good.

It’s a two star. Rooms look old. Furniture should be replaced. My room smelled of strong detergent. It was clean. My bed sheet kept coming off the mattress.

Service was great, Hampton inn you can trust to be clean and provide good service. Always the choice for me with affordability and comfort.

The property is under a little bit of construction, but that is referenced in the description before you book. The rooms were clean and updated. The main lobby wasn’t overly inviting but all in all it wasn’t bad. There was a Starbucks across the parking lot which suited us nicely. We booked this hotel Because of the decent price and proximity to the cruise terminal.

When my husband and I checked in there were two ladies one of the ladies was super rude and very unprofessional. Didn’t greet us just asked for ID’s. We came here to be closer to a restaurant we had reservations for Sunday brunch to celebrate our anniversary we stay at different hotels and this service by far is the worse! I wish i gotten the ladies name, you know who you are.

The best thing about this hotel was their breakfast. Even though it was the same food as all the other Hampton, they actually cared about what they put out and it showed. The fresh fruit was great and they knew how to cook oatmeal or they cared enough to cook it right.
