efficient friendly service, great locattion, spotless rooms easy in and out. Only styed one night but everything went well.

Awesome resort! Spent one night. Checked in at front desk a few hours before and used the beautiful and perfectly warm pool until our room was ready. Had dinner at Crafted Italian with great food and service at a reasonable price. Took free shuttle to Grand National property and played some crazy night mini-golf on hills (also for free!) The next morning rented a Kayak from Clearwater Outdoor Rentals (on property) and went around beautiful Lake Geneva. Thanks for the perfect getaway!

The Ridge has great pools and outdoor fire pit and is on Lake Como with kayak rentals available. It is not walkable. There are NO SITDOWN BREAKFAST options. The rooms are OK. This used to be a fantastic place to stay, from the service to the ambiance and pricing. Now, as The Ridge, it's been sterilized. Modern, sparse, black/gray/white with no character, from the lobby to the rooms. And despite being "updated", things were obviously done hastily vs. correctly, and the bathrooms tell the tale: rotting walls, poorly-laid flooring, and zero storage space (towels are in a bin on the floor under the sink). The rooms themselves have ample space and didn't seem cramped. I will give the housekeeping staff credit, though - it was clean! I won't be back, but judging from the dude-bro and snowbunny clientele (and how difficult they made things for the check-in clerk), it's clear that I'm not the target market.

Got there early and unfortunately room not ready. Was told they would text me - never got a text and finally checked in well after 4:00 - very disappointing the new pool and hot tub was great and the grounds around the resort were first rate

Great pool. Loved the shuttle service. Great restaurants. We ate at both Turf and Crafted Italia.

Could be more flexible around late checkout. Also, pool was clearly understaffed.

Hotel was fine. Clean, quiet…decent overall. It’s a shame we had to pay a rate and have a minimum 2 night stay. These rates are more suited for a 5-star in a major city. We had no choice because we had to attend a wedding. I would never pay these rates for this hotel again and will likely not go back to the area. It’s nothing special.

The property is nice and clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. We had an issue with the tv in our room when we arrived. After notifying front desk they had maintenance on it right away. We had to be moved to another room and for the inconvenience we were upgraded to a different room no additional charge. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return to the hotel in the future.

This was a nice property. It is an older property that could definitely use an upgrade to rooms as well as exterior. The rooms were clean. The pool area appeared to have been upgraded and was very pleasant. Craft Italia is outstanding and a must eat location even if you aren’t staying at the hotel. I would stay here again.

Smooth check-in. Great Italian restaurant. Comfy bed. Easy internet hook-up and chrome casting. Nice pools and exercise room. Close to Lake Geneva shopping and dining. Wonky HVAC unit. Annoying alarm at 6am in vacant room next door. Front desk told us to wait for it to stop.

The property itself was nice, the pool was nice. The room was under average, no microwave. The air conditioning was so loud it kept us up all night.

We enjoyed the property grounds (pool, views, cafe). There was a very loud noise in our room that went on all day, it made it difficult to sleep at night. There was no ice available on our floor. We had to go down a floor to get ice. Room was clean but carpet was noticeably dirty. Convenient location. No towels were available at the pool which was inconvenient.

Main issue was old worn out towels in rooms with stains of different types. Absolutely did not expect that as the place tries to brand higher, room rates are way north of $350/night plus a “resort fee”.

Great place for outdoor pool time. They serve drinks and food at the outdoor pool. Great service very friendly staff.
