Impossible to get an invoice for the stay, never answers the phone to inquire, room facing an abandoned and shattered building. Good location though.

Hotel mid renovation so no gym or pool onsite, there is access to a gym less than 3 mins away. Fewer lifts in operation right now which in the main wasn’t an issue, apart from check out when it’s busier

Room was usual standard But hotel under renovation And workers starter 8am sharp I was looking forward to a late check out But was wakened exactly 8AM

We love this hotel as the staff are very knowledgeable & friendly! Oswald Street car park is a 3 min walk & the day rate is only £15!

It was a very convenient location for us and a comfortable stay. The renovations were a bit noisy and made the lobby and bar quite chilly but we recognize that is a short term issue.

Staff were lovely. Room was very clean and spacious! Stayed for a night and will be back.

A little disappointed TBH for a hotel which is at the top end of city centre room rates. Tired building, under going maintenance currently alot of loud construction work which was not advertised. Lifts were getting overhauled and had to wait long period to use. Room was on top floor and there are multiple buckets catching roof leaks. These aren't something that have just happened as long term stains on walls and ceilings showing dispair. I would not expect this from any public building let alone a Hotel. This Hotel does not have a Gym although its advertised as having one, for the room rate this type of Hotel without a Gym is unexpected and disappointing. The room itself 645 was clean and nice decor. However, maintenance has let it down. 1.The door needed to be shoved open as very stiff, a bit concerning from a safety/fire point of view as difficult to open from the inside (my wife could not open it). The door was possibly water damaged or misaligned to the door frame. 2. The toilet constantly ran and had a poor flush - it needs a new siphon. Inconvenience of noise when trying to sleep. 3. The noise from the air conditioner was extremely inconvenient and annoying - constant dripping noise when in use and not, which disrupted sleep. Suspect it has an issue with the refrigerant circulation and would recommend it is checked ASAP. Breakfast was good. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Tired hotel being refurbished

Perfect, convenient location and lovely hotel with great staff.

Tv didn’t work properly and it took 3 calls over several days to get it fixed. Didn’t get a fresh towel despite putting used one in the bath. The

A busy hotel with spacious rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast. Currently being refurbished, but just one lift out. Unusual lift calling mechanism means no floor buttons in lifts.

The surrounding area is kind of rough and gritty but hotel is very nice

Location was great for the train, room was very comfortable and clean, hotel is right in city centre so you're close to restaurants, bars and casinos. Staff were friendly. It's under a bit of refurb just now but minimal disruption.

The property was convenient to the train station. Fine for one night stay. Not impressed with the service in the restaurant. The room was absolutely fine.

We requested a city view & that’s what we got. Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, beautiful food. Clean, modern room. Fab cocktail’s in the bar ❤️

Great hotel in a central location. The lady on reception was wonderful - super helpful! Everyone on the staff was great and there was a nice bar. Also very comfy beds.

Our stay was excellent from checking in to our room. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were on the second floor and were both huge and lovely. Spotlessly clean too. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Staff helpful. You could tell someone smoked in the bathroom. TV did not work great.

Its a great location and a nice property

The nespreesso machine wasn’t working on arrival though the staff were very helpful. The floor in the dining room was sticky, particularly around the orange juice. The service in th dining room was a bit keen - my husband an i went up to get our cooked breakfast and when we got back the table had been completely cleared - of fresh not yet buttered toast, full cup of coffee and full orange juice, plus a full pot of tea. Also, one table was too close to the preserve table where a woman was playing with her hair and swinging it about over the jams. - The staff however were very nice.
