Beds are hard.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We booked this room months ago for my sons birthday. He wanted a hotel that has a hot tub and pool. When we got there they notified us that they gave away our room and that they were nearly sold out. Never contacted us or anything so we drove all the way there for no one to have the decency to call us and tell us our room was cancelled .. and why was it cancelled? Who freaking knows! So they were able to get us one room that they had left and we had to deal with not having the right amount of beds. Our hands were tied. There were no other hotels available. Then he notified us that the hot tub is out of commission. So we tried to make the best of it and go into the pool.... Which ended up being freezing cold and dirty. Everything my son was hoping for did not happen. Then in the morning the lady working breakfast was visibily and vocal about how frustrated she was working there. She was screaming and yelling. It was so uncomfortable. They also had signs saying check out was 12 but it was actually 11. It was literally unbelievable this place. Then, to top it all off, our door to our room wouldn't work and the keys stopped working. Just wow.

Chose the hotel for the hot tub and it was not working, only thing that was a disappointment.

The only issue I had was the curtains didn't close and there was too much light coming on for me to sleep

Went to check in and stood at the front desk for a solid 10 minutes before someone came and phones kept ringing. Got checked in and went to my room and the handle was broken so every time I wanted to get into my room I had to keep moving the handle up and down while putting the key card up to it to open the door and takes a solid 1-2 to get it open. The room was dirty and the toilet didn’t flush. Like physically you can’t flush the toilet as the inner components were broken inside the toilet to the handle. Trash hotel and horrible service

The room was clean but needed some updates, the air works great and the beds were wonderful. The staff was overall friendly, they also had a very nice breakfast.

Paid extr to get this room for hot tub on property, called ahead of boking to double check got there and hot tub and pool closed pumps broken
