Had a lovely stay in Bath at the Queensberry. Comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with some great personal touches. On the negative side no coffee facilities in room with a coffee machine in the lounge some way from the room. Parking expensive, blind in room damaged, shampoo dispenser not working in bathroom and breakfast underwhelming with items charged individually and a limit of £25.per person included with your stay which seems unnecessary. On the plus side excellent service in the hotel and a beautiful hotel to walk around and admire the rooms and garden. Very close to the Circus and Royal Crescent.

I only have positive things to say about my experience. The staff is exceedingly helpful and kind. The room was spacious and well- appointed. Make sure you have breakfast. The hotel restaurant has a Michelin Star. The walk to the city center is manageable. We’d absolutely stay again.

Great location and wonderful rooms However to have a discretionary service fee added to the bill, even if relatively small felt ridiculous. For the cost of the hotel you expect a high level of service included in what has already been paid. Very much soured a nice stay

This was an excellent hotel for us. We had no car. No problem. Very walkable downtown. Very nice Georgian neighborhood with excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Service was first rate. We’d come again if visiting Bath.

Outstanding English hotel.

The Queensberry hotel did not disappoint! The Club Room was very spacious, for a solo traveller, beautifully decorated and spotless. The spaces around the hotel were really lovely and the garden was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel decor was beautiful with many unique touches, very nice breakfast and incredible staff.

We loved staying in this hotel - it was absolutely charming, well decorated and very comfortable. The breakfasts wee excellent and on our last night we ate dinner in their restaurant, which was a lovely experience.

Excellent stay!

I had a great time and would certainly stay again. It’s only moments away from old bath and with fantastic restaurants surrounding it. Very quiet at night too and nicely appointed bathrooms.

We choose The Queensberry Hotel for its location as we were meeting friends. On arrival we were checked in early our cases were taken to our room and we were escorted to the room once we had a coffee in the lounge. Our car keys were handed in and was parked by the hotel, excellent breakfast and car ready outside with our cases in for our departure. Will definitely stay again.

The Queensbury was beautiful throughout, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Loved the free coffee machines in the lounge and upstairs hall :) Great location for walking into Bath centre, but on a quiet and pretty road.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

We had an amazing 2 night stay at the Queensbury and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Having stayed before we knew it was lovely but it has had a major uplift in decor and it is wonderful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything about the stay was faultless. Immediate check in with bags whisked up to our room, car taken and valet parked. Our room was a great size and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. A lovely ensuite with separate roll top bath and walk in shower, lots of space and beautiful decor. The service was excellent and the breakfast as special as one would hope from the only Michelin starred restaurant in Bath. A real treat for a special occassion and we will certainly return.

We stayed for a weekend for my husband’s birthday, so I did some research before booking and the pictures/reviews looked promising. The hotel is stylish, but not very impressive. The bedroom was good, but the bathroom was not as renovated and nice as in the pictures for the category we booked. Amenities were poor, hair dryer had basically cold air only. Cleanliness could also be better, specially in the bathroom. We had a very bad experience with service - around 7pm (when we were getting ready to go for dinner) someone from staff showed up in the room to do the turndown. Hotels that offer this service do it seamlessly while you’re not in the room. In this case the employee knocked and was already unlocking the door from outside to enter the room when my husband ran to talk to him. When we checked out nobody even bothered to ask how was our stay. Definitely not what I was looking for in a boutique hotel.

Sadly, this once elegant hotel under new ownership (apparently) has been cheapened in its decor. The staff were very good and helpful, the bed wqas very comfortable, and the room was ample in size, but the vulgarity of the decor, pictures, etc., was unfortunate.
