The staff were great. Some of the guests were a bit raucous and needed to be told to leave in the early hours of the morning. Praise to the staff for that.

Room had a strong smell of urine. Front desk area also had a weird smell.

If you are arriving at night. They will charge you $10 for parking. Parking is FREE at this location.

The young lady who checked me in was very courteous and informative. She was so welcoming!

My stay was very good. The room was clean except for the tile around the toilet. The tile had gound in grime. There was a patch job on the door of the bathroom. Other than that the room was very clean and fuctional. The bed was a little lumpy in areas. The pillows were very flat and they only supplied two pillows. The hotel was fairly quiet. They started a parking fee, even though there are plenty of open parking spaces. If you dont pay the parking fee you are forced to park along the street. The air conditioning adjustment was touchy it was either too cold or too warm. There is no fee for pets, the rule is two per room and they do have dog areas and lots of grass by the Mall. I had a premium type of room that had a hair dryer, ironing board, micro and mini fridge but it did not have an iron. They do have HBO 1 and 2 on dish cable. If you have a guest you have to have them show ID and register at the office, this seems juvenile but they say it is for safety. If you want to save money on your visit to Scottsdale AZ this Motel is exceptional choice for a Motel 6.

My stay was very good. I did book a premium room. The premium room is worth the extra few dollars. It is a shame that they now charge an extra fee for parking. $10.00 EVEN IF YOU HAVE FAMILY THAT VISITS ONLY FOR A FEW MIN,That just seems like gouging since there is ample space for parking. There is a rule if anyone comes to visit you in your room you have to have them show the front desk their ID and register them. Why?at better motels they do not do this.maybe if this motel would like to improve they might alter this rule? And the parking fee The pancake house that was right next to the motel was very good but very expensive. I had two eggs bacon coffee juice and three pancakes and the bill just for me was over $32.00. All in all a good experience at this motel. I have been a local customer to staycation here since the 80s and its always a good choice its just a shame that they have to price gouge on the little things, I was told an early check in at 1:45 would cost an extra $20.00. If the room is clean and available why not please your customer? I was told by the Motel customer service survey people that called me, that they charge this fee bc its a computer issue that they can not ckeck you in early do to the computer check in system. That is bull because the front desk girl was very sweet and did a one time fee waive for me.

The property is right next to Fashion square making it a great location for a spot to crash if you want to go out drinking after a day at the mall. For a the brand it's definitely one of the nicer locations. It's not the W or even the Best Western Plus. You're paying a discounted rate to be a little further away from the party and a lot less amenities. But it's clean enough, safe enough, and close enough to get the job done.

I liked the price and the location BUT I did not like the customer service experience with an old lady with white hair that was somewhat rude and made a big deal because we payed $10 for parking in CASH. The room was okay but the bed was very small and uncomfortable. It was a non smoking room but it smelled kinda weird.

The property does charge for parking so be aware that's not included with your online booking.

I have stayed here several times. The old lady that checks me in is the meanest, unhappiest, person I have ever come across at any hotel. Charging for parking is absurd.

The cops where called multiple times both days I stayed there, prostitution ,violence, staff was very rude and this site is NOT pet friendly I will NOT stay here again

Really convenient location, easy parking, pool, small modest rooms. There is an amazing pancake restaurant right in the parking lot that's open for breakfast hours. Walking distance to fashion square.

Staff was super nice and understanding as we had to do a late check-in.
