It's a great little stay and super close too three of the four biggest Christmas Markets in the city. It's a little noisy at night due to a Karaoke Bar downstairs but it's warm, clean, and the staff is super nice!

A place in the center of Keulen. Perfect stay if you wanna explore the city for a day or two. There is a bar right under the hotel but with the windows closed we couldn’t hear the music so we slept well

Just an overnight stop with my son. Outside hotel looks bland but the room was spacious, well furnished and a modern bathroom. We arrived at 10pm and left at 7am so didn’t use any other services. Location is good, close to Train Station and the Cathedral

I stayed here because of its location. I found it to be very noisy on the streetside. I am an extremely light sleeper and barely got much sleep. Breakfast is nice and the staff was a pleasure and helpful.

Room was lovely, as were the staff. Close and walkable to main tourist attractions. Lots of Christmas Markets within walking distance, and also lots of restaurants withing walking distance

The reception was excellent and very helpful, and there are many things very good - nice linens and pillows (bed was a bit firm for my taste, but not bad at all), very clean, good breakfast, great location. However, we had a weird room. I didn’t realize I was booking a suite. It has stairs inside the room between where the bath and bedroom is (which is in the pictures), but it also has a toilet room that is very awkward to use as you have to sit under a sink! That was not in the pictures. I think their regular rooms are better. Also - we were there on the weekend and there are 2 very loud bars next door. Bring earplugs (I always have some so it wasn’t a problem for me).

I had a wonderful 4-night stay in September. The staff at the desk and breakfast room could not have been kinder. The location is close to the train station, the river, and many wonderful restaurants. Our room was very clean.

I was very pleased with the excellent service at the Hotel and the room I got. It's at a very convenient location, within a few minutes from the Riverfront, the main shopping area, the Cathedral and the Central train station.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was basic but comfortable. Breakfast included a good variety and was well presented.
The property is within short walking distance of the Dom, the Old Market, Rathaus and the train station.

Very nice stay. Highlights: the bathroom with nice shower and very clean, breakfast buffet with meats/cheeses/tea/coffee etc, fluffy pillow and memory foam pillow for options, fan to stay cool because no AC.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Always strange when you have to walk steps after you took an elevator but understandable.

Hotel is situated next to bar/club and the sound could be heard very loudly till the early hours. Even after we changed rooms, it didn't make any difference. This place is not good for families with young kids.

We viisted this hotel to go to the Cologne Christmas Markets. It's ideally placed just behind the Dom and an easy walk from the station. It was an absolute delight. We had an excellent suite (quite unexpected), very comfortable, splendid breakfast spread. It doesn't have it's own restaurant but there is a huge choice down beside the river. Top marks.

This hotel is very mixed, the 4th floor is like the 1970’s , terrible bed, Noisy heating, decor outdated, the 2nd floor is modern and nice

Perfect location walking distance from the main train station , beside all the major museums and landmarks and for the Christmas markets.
The hotel is clean, warm and managed by friendly efficient staff. Our room had a separate sitting room which could double a another bedroom if needed.
We didn't eat there because there were so many great coffee houses and restaurants nearby.
I will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it.

I booked double room for single use. It’s spacious and comfy. It would be better if a kettle with tea and coffee are provided. Mind you that there’s a pub next to the hotel. It was extremely noisy especially during weekends. The strong music would not stop until 1am!

I reported in the beginning that it was too hot in the room and the hotel immediately wanted to help me solve the problem. Staff is incredibly friendly.
The rooms are quite tiny however and the bathrooms aren't very nice with the plastic shelling.
All in all though a great hotel at a great location. The windows are amazingly sound proof so don't worry about noise from the street.

Nice small hotel just off the Rhine in Cologne. They made efficient use of a small space with well planned bathroom and furnishings. Only issue was it was near a noisy restaurant and to keep the unairconditioned space cool the windows needed to be open and hence lots of noise at night from the restaurant and early morning from trash collection.
