You get what you pay for really. Booked a 3 bed superior room but it definitely wasnt superior and the 3rd bed was a pillow on the settee. Had fridge and cooker and hob but no pans or plates or cutlery. Also found an old sock under the bed so wasnt cleaned properly. Wasnt super unhappy with it. It was just standard.

Overall an enjoyable trip. Hotel was as expected, generally ok /good. Staff were awesome (Nayara, Rocio, Manuel, too many to name). We booked it as THB Hotel but it's a BE LIVE Hotel, signage Infront is limited. Easy access to the beach/promenade Shops and restaurants close by (many still closed in May) Rooms are ok, the shower room could do with a redesign. Stub your toe on the door stop, have to stand in the shower to open the door. Rooms are clean and towels changed when requested. Some noisy (British) guests in the courtyard and pool area. There's a pool bar, buffet restaurant and second restaurant. Fair selection of food in the pool bar and buffet with small changes to dishes daily. MYLOS has a set menu sadly it doesn't look like it changes, the food was okd we enjoyed the desserts. Advertise 2 pools it's really a children's paddle pool and main pool. People still put towel out before 8am, some leave their towels overnight!! Annoying behaviour because they can hold a pool chair for days and it can be difficult to find a space by the pool in the afternoon They have badminton and table tennis however it's the same space so only one sport at any given time. Parking is not great, there are /- 15 space in front of the hotel. Busy times you have to park further away or wait for someone to leave. They host regular shows and performance which was unexpected and some were enjoyable. The evening bar team are great and make sure you have drinks at your table.

Second stay this year at this hotel, it’s clean and comfortable and a reasonable AI hotel. Food is fine, good selection at breakfast, we didn’t eat dinner as we like to eat out. Entertainment was good especially the ABBA Tribute and the day time activities were ongoing the team didn’t stop! I would recommend if you like a chilled time, it’s a slightly older client group and not much for kids. There is a rebrand but nothing seems to have changed. We had a sea view room which was lovely but despite having all the amenities in the room microwave fridge hob and kettle there was absolutely no crockery or cutlery. I would probably stick with a pool view next time as it’s less windy. Lovely stay on the whole.

Excellent location the hotel has just been taken over so the food was hit and miss due to parts being refurbished but the staff went above and beyond would definitely return.

We have not long returned from a lovely 4 night stay as a family of 4. We couldn’t fault a thing and really enjoyed it, will definitely be booking again.

Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, kettle and microwave on the s mall kitchen area but no dishes etc, not sure if this is because we were all inclusive. The all inclusive was good value and there was loads of variety although it did a bit monotonous towards the end of the week. The pool area was clean but the beds were all on top of one another, too busy for us. There is a small terrace area away from the pool with few loungers there. Wherever you want to sit you'll need to be early to get a place.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything really other than the shower did lack water pressure. Pool was very good, modern light weight sun beds..Food really good, massive choice. Nightly entertainment. Daily entertainment poolside. Great. Thank you to all the hardworking sraff

Really friendly staff , all inclusive is great value for families as there is a wide variety of food and drinks provided. Rooms are average size but each have a nice balcony for mornings and evenings.

Well situated short stroll from restaurants and shops, and rear access to beach. Breakfasts were good. Pool area rather crowded and not enough sun beds. Friendly helpful staff.

I love the hotel ! The only thing is that the bed and pillows are uncomfortable , because of the material , but the rest is perfect !

After four nights, I thought it was only OK. I expected a higher level of comfort and maintenance based on the photos. Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, the beach is very close, and it's an easy pick-up point for the tour companies. Cons: The breakfast buffet lacked the range of flavors, textures, and spices that I would expect from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the restaurants in the area were equally uninspired. Additionally, the pest control was lacking. My room was above the cafeteria and there was a nightly procession of roaches coming up through the kitchen and bathroom. In the evenings, I also noticed the pool area had large, dead roaches scattered around. I could tell that the cleaning crew was trying to keep up, but it seems like a bigger initiative might be needed.

The accommodation was clean, housekeeping was good and we had a balcony view of the sea. Unfortunately that meant that the sun was on the other side of the building. Buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were very efficient and attentive. The pool was ok but chairs were taken very early in the morning and it was sometimes difficult to find room. The area around the hotel was very nice with lots of shops, restaurants and little themed cafes and pretty flat. We enjoyed our stay there.

Hotel and dining facilities were spotless with great variety of good food..as was the large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers..and pool towels on request..rooms cleaned every day..with bedding changed and clean towels as required..large balcony with table and 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers.. all staff very friendly..entertainment staff were amazing with adults and kids entertained..even taking time to get to know the guest who just wanted to watch without taking part in the fun and activities…. On arrival we were informed the safe in our room was broken and unfixable during are stay,but use of safe at reception was offered free of charge..We had 2singal beds of which one was very noisy on any movement and uncomfortable but as we didn’t report it they did not have the opportunity to maybe replace it..overall we had a great week in a lovely hotel.

Central hotel. Staff all lovley. Needs a lick of paint but overall good sized rooms. Breakfast all lovley Would recommend.

Excellent location, all staff were very helpful and friendly & funny and entertaining, the downsides were the rooms could do with a little attention although we’re always clean they need updating but the beds were comfy, air conditioning wasn’t adequate for the warm days we had, the food was average abut the chefs making omelettes were my highlight

Enjoyed our time in Lanzarote. Hotel was adequate. Breakfast needs an upgrade, foods used not of high quality. Glad we weren’t all inclusive. Could do with a bigger waste bin in the room. Balcony furniture needs to be more comfortable. Staff friendly and hotel ideally situated for beach and bars.

The hotel does seem to be attempting to make improvements with new sun beds and mattresses being replaced during our stay but it is not where it should be! The location is fantastic but the hotel is let down by rude and inattentive staff and always cold food!

Overall the hotel was fine for a short 4 day/5 night stay where we spent much of our time away from the hotel. Staff pleasant and helpful. Happy with standard of room and facilities. Would have given a higher rating except for location of our room. As independent travellers felt we were shoved off to a room at back (actually beside front entrance of hotel) where our views were of a turning circle for cars, taxi’s and buses, a car parking area and directly over the Hotel Bar - can confidently say the Karaoke Experiences which we had to listen to was not fun! Not that we could have done any better! If our stay had been for longer period of time where we may have wanted to make more use of our room and balcony area etc we’d have made more of an issue with the hotel. We could have upgraded for a SIGNIFICANT additional cost per night to a room with a sea view but apparently all the other rooms at same cost as our SUPERIOR Room that looked into heart of the hotel and which enjoyed longer periods of sun etc were ‘reserved’ for those on packages! In short, when booking in at reception BEWARE BLOCK SIX!! - you might end up at the wrong end which definitely will impact negatively on your ‘Experience’.

The staff was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was a very good sum of the dishes were not as hot as they should be but overall very good. The complex was clean and tidy and the service in the restaurants was exceptional. We will be back.

Not enough facilities when self catering . Definatley not worth £523 pounds for a room for the week very poor and needs upgrading . Breakfast was very nit and miss no consistency. Would not stay here again . I

Hotel was spotless staff constantly cleaning and even spraying the sunbeds with disenfectant. From the minute we walked in they was so friendly can't do enough for you. We booked a sea view room and wow what a view I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Absolutely great hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. The only negative would be abit of updating and painting is needed especially on th balconies.. other than that had a fab and relaxing holiday at the hotel!

Great location, great facilities on site, lovely helpful staff. Food was good but not wonderful, best meal of the stay was in their Italian restaurant, would be great if the same quality was in the buffet

I loved the location, sea view which we paid for, selection of food and the bar area. I didn’t like the fact that the cleaning women for our room never gave us soap or shampoo when it was gone I had to ask for soap which I thought in a four star hotel they would automatically be replaced. I also didn’t like two bar men in the bar at night time the rest were really really nice. One man just wouldn’t serve me on three occasions he left me stand at the bar and another older bar man gave out to us on our last night just before 12 o’clock as we ordered an extra drink to bring up to the room even though we were all inclusive he told us we had too many in front of us. We had 2.5 each which was 5. He was very snotty to us, we could have drank there all night if we wanted but we went out nearly every night and then back to our bar and we liked to have another drink to bring up to our room as we had a fabulous view
