The worse hotel In history staff was very unpleasant the phone choices was not enough phone doesn’t taste good wifi was crappy current keep on going away WiFi doesn’t work in the room I was in I had to use my own phone service I would not recommend anyone to go to Travellers and I would not return.

This is a small beachfront hotel with excellent staff, food, security, parking and great location. It is close to downtown, kid friendly and also very relaxing. We come at least once a year and have always left fully relaxing. There is a small gym along with a small gift shop. No spa services.

The accommodations at Travellers Beach Resort exemplify a harmonious blend of modern amenities and traditional Jamaican charm. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, offering a serene environment that contributed to a restful stay. The comfortable bedding and well-appointed bathroom added to the room's appeal. A thoughtful touch included a coffee maker, which enhanced my mornings. With its inviting atmosphere, the private balcony became my go-to spot for enjoying morning coffee and watching the breathtaking sunsets.
The resort's amenities are designed to cater to every need of its guests. The swimming pool, complete with a swim-up bar, provided a refreshing escape from the heat and an opportunity to enjoy a variety of beverages. The on-site fitness center was well-maintained, offering a good selection of equipment for those looking to stay active. These amenities significantly contributed to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

Great hotel for the value, close to the resort area of Negril. We stayed here for a wedding that was happening at one of the nearby resorts and taxis were readily available to transport us to the resort. The restaurant onsite has great, quality menu options. The drinks and live entertainment were great, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel rooms could use an upgrade, but the beach access is perfect if you book a stay here.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Travellers. The staff were friendly and attentive.Great location to walk to local restaurants, supermarket, etc. The beach is beautiful.

Enjoyed my stay at Travellers. The staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant on property was very good. Great location to walk to local restaurants and markets as well. Pool area is nice. Beach area is small but cute. Peddlers on the beach are annoying at times especially from next door establishment. My room was a little dated and could use some work. Overall, I had a good stay and was happy to support a Jamaican owned hotel.

We booked a 5 day stay, first time in Negril and relying solely on the reviews of previous visitors. Travellers helped with airport transport and transport to some excursions. The hotel property is very lovely, it’s green and modern without compromising its beach atmosphere. The property is undergoing renovations and that’s why I haven’t 4/stars; no doubt it will be spectacular when completed. The room was comfortable, bathroom as well and we had a balcony surrounded by lush trees and a view of the lawn. My hubby and I used the gym and it was equipped with the standard equipment..we liked it and it was a main reason why we booked our stay. The beach is secure, there is a security guard and numerous staff about so you never feel unsafe on the beach.. important for single lady travellers:). The food and service and nightly entertainment were also great! The service of the front desk was staff highly professional and they were responsive tour our questions. Overall this is a modern hotel owned managed by three brothers who have put their heart and soul in its expansion. We were equally pleased and impressed by the quality of Travellers Beach Resort. My hubby and I are looking forward to return trip in the future. One love❤️🏖️

I absolutely adore every single thing about Travelers. The owners are kind and professional. The staff is amazing. The rooms are great. The coffee in the rooms and at the restaurant is so good. The food is delicious. The food prices are so reasonable. It is the most breathtaking part of the beach if you ask me. There’s a reason I’m always here. When they say welcome home they mean it.

Overall this is a nice property for the price. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the staff and the number of staff to guest ratio was high. The food was ok. Again for the price point it fits the bill and i would recommend it. I stayed there because we were with friends and this is not the typical place that I would have selected on my own. But kudos to the staff. It is exactly what you should expect at that price point though.

Amazing place. Room was spacious and always clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom big and clean, everything was in good condition. Garden is beautiful, the pool area is good. Restaurant view is amazing and the food was delicious! The staff was very kind and friendly and always willing to help. The beach area was clean, quiet, a lot of shade. I could continue talking good things about this place, we loved it and we definitely want to go back there. We went there 2 adults and 2 toddlers and was a perfect fit for us.

This is our 2nd stay. Travellers is an amazing spot. Beautiful beach & water. Great staff. Grounds are maintained every day. Good room service. Clean, cool rooms. Rooms are spacious. Food is great. Pool is beautiful. Entertainment each night is nice. Cocktail hour was a hit.

The staff was welcoming and friendly as usual. The room was always clean. The atmosphere was lively, the food was amazing. I've stayed at this resort several times but this was not my favorite room. The view from my room was impeded by a big tree. Overall we had an amazing time.

I took a chance since this place came HIGHLY recommended, but what a mistake! The first night mosquito almost killed me. I have mosquito bite every where. I asked the night when I checked in and I was told that the rooms where sprayed, but obviously that didn’t seems like the case. The following morning someone left a mosquito repellant at the door without me asking (Strange). Let’s get to the food, what a poor representation of Jamaican food! The fish had zero seasoning, I had to return it to the kitchen. I eventually checked out a day early, they apologized but I was never even offered my money back. Either way, I will never return!
