Very convenient location to SoHo and many shops and restaurants close by. Staff is wonderful.

Fantastic hotel, comfortable rooms, great location right next to The London Palladium, and a little bit of history too with the cells in the bar! Bar, concierge and Reception team were friendly and helpful, although we didn’t need to ask for anything out of the ordinary, just check in and luggage store. We did not eat here so cannot comment on food service.

Staff were all very obliging, often above and beyond what we expect. Staffing levels meant no queueing. A relaxed one night visit to London

Staying in an old courthouse was cool. The dining areas and lounge were converted magistrate rooms and the lounge even had cells where you could enjoy a drink. The staff and service was impressive.

Property is i the most beautiful location. Easy to get to and you have anything you could need around you.

Really nice hotel, clean and friendly staff

The room was tatty and in much need of decorating. The curtains didn't fully cover the window. The air conditioning didn't work. The shower did not hang over the bath properly so you could not stand under it and it kept falling out of the wall. A disappointing stay for the rating of the hotel.

Pool and spa were out dated and shouldnt be open to the public. Room was spacious and clean.

Our key did not work and there was noone who could fix it and the only solution was to get someone upstairs with us to open the door. At first we found it funny but that did nit last long! The TV did not work either and we never asked someone to fix it since no one could fix the door.... The room was clean but really needs to be renovated. After our stay we looked at previous comments from guests an they have similar stories as we. Therefore our experience is even more disapointing, they really have had opportunities to do better because they have had complains...but have not done it! It would be appropriate to give us discount or even full refund. "We are very sorry" is not enough. Empty words with no meaning. NOT a five stars hotel!!!!

Suite had not been renovated and it was overlooking the noisy road and bar. Double glazing required on the windows, and the suite needs to be renovated and modernized.

Great location, as a tourist it's close to everything and room was a decent size, especially for a London hotel, but it did not feel like 5-star hotel, it was missing the 5-star touches.

Minus- Old rooms in desperate need of a refin. Dirty/Stained sofa, and carpets. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Plus+ Location. Very pollite and helpfull staff. Roof terrace and bar was great.

Enjoyed my three day stay at Courthouse Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and I also enjoyed a lovely breakfast there. One complaint was I had to report the television in my room four times before it was finally fixed by a nice man who took the time to sort the box out under the television which hadn’t been done on the other three occasions. Apart from that it was an enjoyable experience.

Lovely location, large clean room, nice greeting, quite loud at night, there is a rooftop with bar, however the bar-staff is quite snobbish.

Great location staff wonderful

The rooms although large, are quite dated and need a refurbishment. The air conditioning didn't work properly & couldn't get room cool. Couldn't open window either! TV didn’t work & even after someone supposedly fixed it, still didn't work. Ran out of sugar as it wasn't replenished. Very expensive hotel & definitely didn’t deserve 5 stars! On the plus side the staff was helpful & friendly.
