Restaurant staff very rude with diners, we were going to see some relatives in the restaurant to live a little and they behaved very rude I decided to leave and leave the room I didn't last even an hour staying

It is a nice resort, friendly with senior citizen accomodations and families have a good time.

The only complaint I have is the screen doors did not work...those could use an upgrade. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about our stay. Thanks!

Only one thing that could have been better .. two digital thermostats in unit, neither was working. Weather was perfect, but, one has to wonder how well or if the A/C could keep up if needed.

People are great

Family friendly. Great guests. Quiet and accommodating. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to being able to come back.

The restaurant staff were topnotch. The manager and check in not so much. We had one simple request not the first floor as that is more suspectable to bugs. Front desk assured us since there were no other options available that they would do an extra close inspection. At 4:15 pm when the room was ready we walked in and within 20 seconds a huge cockroach scampered by. I took a picture and brought it to the front desk. The manager said well we are a tropical destination. That should be expected. 28 years coming to Mazatlan, this was the second cockroach we have seen. The first was in Torres as well. They moved us to a higher floor which was not available before. I guess I do not believe they told the truth to begin with. Later that night they sprayed what maintenance called diesel fuel throughout the entire property causing a white stinky cloud that lasted 20 minutes. I really hate to complain as so much of our stay was enjoyable. I just think they were not honest as the hotel seemed only half full In the future it would have been much better just to put us off the ground floor. Just a suggestion.

Condos are very well maintained and we had an awesome ocean/pool view.

It is a little outdated, their food prices are high. It seems like the want to charge money for everything. Too far from malecón and all the acción.

I love this hotel, installations, location, clean. My only part I did not like is the restaurant. I ordered shrimp coctel and they served me a glass with some cook shrimps with lettuce base. I am from Sinaloa and they don't make coctels like that one. By being a place that received a lot of tourism, I would think that the restaurant should serve the traditional Mazatlan food and not United states food. For the rest, I love Torres Mazatlan.

Everything was perfect

I liked that it is more a condo rather than hotel, you get separated rooms for your kids and you. Full kitchen, family room and ease access to pool and beach, just outside my door. The only inconvenient I had was that the sea was kind of aggressive in the hotel spot so you need to go to other area near by to enjoy it.

Staff was fabulous and attentive.

It was excellent!! Our family enjoyed our stay here. No complaints.

Great social areas rooms are new and super clean

I like that it was located right in front of the beach. I dislike that the room had a roach.

Onsite laundry was wonderful. And onsite grocery store had every item needed for our stay.

Beautiful place. Will come back.
